FVPSA Financial Grants Management Training #1: Understanding the CFR and Cost Principles

We've designed this webinar to support FVPSA grantees in effectively managing their federal grant awards. Whether you're a newcomer or experienced with managing FVPSA funds, this training will help you:
• Explain Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) cost principles and how to use the CFR as a resource to determine if costs are eligible, allowable, reasonable, and allocable under your FVPSA grant.
• Determine the difference between indirect and direct costs.
• Explain the indirect cost rate and the three options grantees have for indirect cost reimbursement.
• Identify how grantees should allocate costs for their FVPSA funded activities.
• Locate and interpret CFR sections that help clarify common questions about FVPSA grant allowable costs.
• Find resources to assist with implementing and effectively managing your FVPSA grant.
