I believe if you have already designed your cards the way I showed how to create custom playing cards in my last video, at the end, you should see an option to customize you tuck case somewhere on the page. So you shouldn't have to resubmit, you could go to the end of your playing card design and choose the option for a custom tuck case. Hope this helps answer you question!
