Very nice. At first i was dissapointed that this will be only about physical yoga - like hatha yoga, but in the second part you showed some structure and understanding of yoga as well. I am trying to figure out how to understand yoga, how to learn to study it, so i can understand world, spirituality and myself better as well as practice some disciplines to improve myself - mind, body and soul.

Have you worked through Apte's Guide to Sanskrit Composition or any other manual where one can improve one's Sanskrit writing skills. I have studied thoroughly Goldman's, Deshpande's, Mauer's and Coulson's primers, and memorised everything in there. But I am looking for a solid intermediate-level Sanskrit instruction book.
