Yes set the tower length to 10-12 levels and allow the timer to run down so the next tower can spawn (beating the tower will speed this process up, and even more still if you get others to complete it with you)
Under “Tower of Hell” there is the channel “#toh”, in which people regularly post private server links asking others to join them in trying to obtain the halo
Pro Tip:
Just buy hourglass during every Moving stage
