Thank you for sharing your thoughts as you clearly define that femininity is our power and that when we apply it and use it wisely, we remain wholesome, happy and complete. One of my favorite quotes: "Beauty and femininity are ageless and can’t be contrived, and glamour, although the manufacturers won’t like this, cannot be manufactured. Not real glamour; it’s based on femininity". - Marilyn Monroe
You're completely right, Andrew, specifically with regards to masculine men creating the safety women need to be feminine! 🌷 I (29 F) was a very androgynous, tomboyish person for most of my young adulthood. I felt unguarded and vulnerable in a big, bad world, so I had to be tough (or so I thought) to fend for myself. When I met my boyfriend though, he brought calm, confident, and assertive male energy into my life, and the result has been that I've bloomed as a woman. ☺️ I went from jeans and boots to dresses and perfume, started playing piano again, and am genuinely enjoying learning how to cook for him. Sometimes it just takes a strong man to help bring a soft woman out from inside of her hardened shell.
@@TakaraoftheElves I have to second this. When I was younger I lived in a rough neighborhood. And i would dress up tomboyish. To defend myself. As I got older I moved. I started watching romantic movies and started dressing up feminine. It wasnt until I meet my fiance, that he brought back out this more feminine side internally. I was tender, joyful, compassionate, soft, vulnerable, I learned to cook for him. It brought me joy. Am going to start a family soon after I am married. And the thought of being a mom and a wife brings me so much joy. =^_^=
A revolutionary thought for me was finding out that men have a 24 hour cycle while women have a 28 day cycle and that we live in a society that corresponds with men’s 24 hour cycle and it’s impossible for women to keep up because our cycles don’t quite work a man’s .so now I’m a lot more gentle with myself when it comes to getting things done and acknowledging that my cycle is beautiful and I’m learning ways to honor it
I've come across a lot of femininity channels but there is something about yours. It's fresh and focuses on the internal. I'm binging your videos after this one. One trait I would love to work on is cooperativeness
Thank you so much!! So glad you enjoy them. Im going to be posting a lot more starting Sunday, too! Holidays are over and im finally over a 3 week cold so a content influx is coming (๑・̑◡・̑๑)
Sis, you’re doing the Lords work. Your take on femininity transcends the trend and gives us a perspective that has been lost for generations and yet still blends in so seamlessly with the the present. Timeless. Thank you for sharing. You are an answer to prayer for me personally as I’ve been talking to God for so long about finding people that can really educate me on the topic of femininity in a way that is truthful and still honors Him and doesn’t leave me feeling shamed or impose standards on me that are unattainable. May your message reach many more🤎
I am a Muslim woman and all of what you are saying can be found in my religion. Unfortunately I have lost touch with the true purpose of a woman years ago. God sent you to me because I have found your channel a couple of days ago. I binged watch all of your videos on femininity so far. I am at a place in my life where I truly want to find myself back. I want to grab my real self off of the claws of feminism and societies standards. Your voice is angelic and your words are a comfort for a broken woman. I use to have a calm and composed voice but I found that now I speak really fast and sharp toned. My family’s pattern didn’t allow my true feminine side to be shown as I had to take care of my mothers mental health without thinking of my own. I love what you are doing , you are a light for authentic feminity. I am newly wed and I really want to find my feminine energy to heal and have a prosperous marriage. Could you please make more videos on how to practically be more feminine on our everyday life ? How to handle conflict in a marriage ? And more importantly how to let the man step in and operate into his real masculine energy ? ❤❤❤❤
kinda adoring the fact that a lot of these qualities are attributed to men too. it seems that the main differentiation between masculine and feminine qualities is simply the position of the feminine in relation to the masculine; a supporter, guide, etc. these give her that role and distinction from the masculine and come with their own distinct qualities attributed to those roles, whilst otherwise joining the masculine in characters of humble servitude under the Lord (for lack of a less cliche wording haha). adore it thanks
Queen!!! I am new here! I just found your channel through my recommendations and so happy I landed here. I love what your channel stands for. I am about to binge watch now!! ♥️👸🏾 xx Ashley InQ
I am so very thankful for this video. I have been struggling internally lately with what I feel is something out of balance. I lie awake at night unable to sleep and suddenly it hit me. Do I even know what it means to be truly feminine? Am I living my life in a feminine way? A lot of what you touched on with being gentle, having genuine kindness for others and caring for others resonated so much. I have had times where I was living in masculine energy feeling completely unaligned, not understanding why I felt so out of whack. This helped give a lot of perspective and clarity. I pray the coming days I truly lean into my feminine energy more. Thank you for making this video. ❤
I received the blessing of release from watching this jasmyne, thank you so much for the acknowledgment of true femininity, I'm sure many of us can relate to what I'm saying here and feel as if we often get overlooked/dismissed even though we're trying our best to be there for the people we love, care for the stranger and maintaining our positivity, while also trying to love ourselves and grow to be who God has created us to be, just hearing you so deeply and intently describing those qualities helped nurture my heart in a much needed way, like a long hug to the soul, honestly I thank God for putting this wisdom and understanding into you and then you actually taking those steps to be here today! Much love and many blessings from my heart to yours today and everyday, shabbat shalom
That was a wonderful example of feminism, I realized my sister is everything you described and now I'm wondering how, we grow up in the same dysfunctional home!
I am sooo happy I found your channel!!! Thank you for opening up my eyes on femininity! I would love a video or a list of the books that helped you on your journey with this!
Thanks for your video. This has helped me alot. And i have long way to go...God bless you. I pray He will continue to give you wisdom because we all need healing from this feminist trauma...
I don't think there's anything wrong with "only" raising cats and dogs if that's the mutual decision reached by a married couple, or a situation thrust upon them by circumstance. I believe women can exercise their nurturing instincts in other ways than by having human children. Pets is a great example, or even growing a garden or tending to houseplants. Nurturing and caring for our community or elderly is another outlet. I don't think there's anything wrong with "only" raising cats or dogs if that is the fate given or chosen. Biological motherhood is not necessary to femininity in my view. Plenty of childless/childfree women are feminine too. ♥️
Yes, you can be childless and feminine, I completely agree! My comment was alluding to this portrait of leftism that advocates for the complete & willful abdication of motherhood in favor of raising animals instead, whilst being sexually active. And as a Christian, it’s not moral for married couples to be intimate and prevent pregnancy. Although of course, if a woman is infertile, she is no less feminine whatsoever! 💕
Hi there 😊 I’m an egalitarian myself, but I have a high respect for complementarian ideas. I like this video, as these attributes are holy and beautiful. My question, though, is what is it about these attributes that is *uniquely* feminine? If I encountered a man devoid of these traits, I would consider that man immature and/or spiritually weak (with the exception of softness, though gentleness is preferred). I don’t understand what makes these traits *uniquely* feminine
