Leave to cool completely in the fridge.

За 5 минут молоко наполовину никак не уварится...😔
Какао надо смешать сначало с сахаром, потом добавить в молоко, тогда оно хорошо и быстро раствориться.

I am sure it tastes as amazing as it looks, three words , simple , easy , classy. Must try .Loved the surprise at the end but you still can’t beat me just at the beginning of the week I had a similar incident, the spill over was not too bad the stainless steel pan was so bad I almost thought I would have to trash it . Full cream milk had spilled over a little but worst it had burnt the entire pan and formed a thick crust. Don’t despair guys , keep cursing yourself while cleaning it with a whole bunch of baking soda and water and reheating it . Magic happens and you become your own hero.😂😂😂😂

Если сливки взбивать миксером, то сбивается масло, причём довольно быстро. Чтобы взбить сливки, надо это делать на льду или применять ещё какую-то хитрость. Либо сливки какие-то ненатуральные должны быть, с химическими присадками стабилизирующими.
