Haven't been to Bury st Edmund's for ages. Must go once we when we get back to normal. Have stayed at the Anglel Hotel too a long time ago. The Abbey and the gardens are lovely. Worth a visit. My husband was born in Bury St Edmund's. Xx

I *think* Charles Dickens once stayed at The Angel, but so did the cast of Corrie when Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright got married at St Mary’s...! A lot of people come for the Christmas Market, but honestly people should come any time of year to see how BEAUTIFUL Bury is 🥰

It's nice you eventually got to celebrate Lee's birthday and see Luke and Mr Carrington before lockdown again. Oh and go to some different charity shops ofcourse. I loved those cowboy chairs and that bath in the hotel. I was thinking it was a bit weird having the bath in the bedroom though! 😊
