Demonstration of a persistent failure to switch to the high pressure mode. This failure occurred after 2 moth of light use (6-8 times inflation/deflation). The pump was used as per spec, no air leaks (I try to demonstrate the fact that all the sealings are airtight by pouring water over them, to visualized any potentialair leaks).
The TopPump customer service is responsive but they are very long to understand that this issue is real, sincere. In case they manage to act constructively I would recommend this product as it may happen that a fault/malfunction appears.
