  • Review of the Topump 12v sup pump. Are these paddleboard portable pumps any good?
    We take a look at the latest Topump TSP260 sup pump. Yes they are more expensive than the hard wired pumps but is this one worth your money?

    For about $120 I got a two-stage Compressor and two 5Ah batteries.
    8 minutes per board (12-13psi), 5 boards per charge.
    Harbor Freight's Bauer brand is local, affordable, and practical, as batteries/fast Charger ($30) are part of a huge collection of budget power tools.
    I'm done testing.✌️

      Not a bad idea, most people will want a nice compact and portable package with easy charge options, your setup is a good use of existing batteries etc.

      Hi, it's in the video. Basically an average board of 10' 8" - 6" deep - 32" wide take around 7 minutes.

    A question man!.. i read in other reviews that it blow hot air... its a problem for the sup?? Thanks in advice 😊🤙🏻

    • @Dreadysays
      @Dreadysays  11 месяцев назад

      All the pumps of this type will only blow air through from the ambient temperature you are in. I've never had an issue in hot or cold climates getting air into the board. Once the air in the board is in it's going to be reflected by how much thermal energy is hitting the board. Basically you'll be fine :)

      @@Dreadysays Thank you very much! So do you recommend it? At what pressure do you usually inflate your sup? 15psi? Thanks again!

    • @Dreadysays
      @Dreadysays  11 месяцев назад +1

      @@RaoulDaPozzo the vast majority of boards are 15psi but check out the writing on near the valve it will normally tell you there. If it says max pressure 15psi then that's what I generally go for. If it's really hot 30c+ I would go for 14psi to allow for expansion.

    How long does it take to charge the battery up?

    • @Dreadysays
      @Dreadysays  Год назад +1

      About 3 hours, so not too bad considering how many boards you can pump up with it.

      Portable pumps I've only had the TPS300 and the TPS260 pumps to review. If you don't mind having a lead check out the Hiks 20PSI 12v pump, I've reviewed that as well.
      I use both the TPS260 and the Hiks pump frequently, so let me know if you have any questions bud, always happy to help.
      Stay away from the Mistral pump from Lidl though... Also recently reviewed and it's beyond terrible...

      Mi è stata regalata questa pompa. Ha funzionato perfettamente ma dopo averla usata 3 volte l'ho messa da parte completamente carica e oggi ho provato a riaccenderlo.Niente! Morta! Nessun segno di carica! Solo con il connettore in auto si accende ma non si carica.😢

    TPS300 or TPS260. Which do you recommend?

    • @Dreadysays
      @Dreadysays  Год назад +2

      TPS300 is bigger and pumps more boards on a single charge. The TPS260 is smaller and lighter and does around 4 boards, it's also the newer model. Depends on what you need it for really. Both are solid choices.

      Sounds about right for these pumps, best avoided.
