Hey Mr. Paul. Hope you're doing ok. I haven't been in the comment section the past month or so because sadly, my mom passed on April 26th. Your channel was one of our favorites to watch together. And she loved that you prayed in your videos. I'm planning on getting my license soon and start scrapping again. Keep being awesome Mr. Paul. You do a lot of good for this world.
I am sad to hear your mom passed. You two would watch the videos together? That is heartwarming. Thanks for including these videos into your life. I am honored
@@ScrapPalletMan Yes sir. We watched them together. I introduced her to your channel. And she fell in love with your scrapping adventures. Every time we would pass by metal both of us would blurt out an impression of you saying "A lil bit of metal" we did some scrapping in the last few months. She loved it, and we got to spend time together scrapping along with watching your videos. They are terrific memories. I've been meaning to send you some coffee that is from Louisiana and Texas, I will try to get it to you soon. Keep being awesome Mr. Paul.
My heart melts with joy thinking about you and your mom spending quality time together driving around having fun looking at littol bits of metal :-)
@@tamtmf so sorry for your Ioss my mom has been gone 8 years and my father 9 years. If not for the memories, my life would be so lonely. But many, many happy memories. Will be praying for blessings to be sent your way.
I'm sorry to hear about your mom passed away, my mom passed away may 13th of this year it's been very rough on me.next time from Georgia 👃
That is awesome Paul for being 15 years sober! 18 months for me, and I feel great.
Congratulations on the 18 months. You got this because you and tge people that love you are worth the fight!!
If you haven’t been told recently, you are awesome for your hard work scraping metal. God Bless Paul!
💚❤️💚
Agree. Xx
ScraPPing metal. Scraping is something very different, like scraping paint off of metal. 🤣
Evictions break my heart as a dumpster diver and reseller; seeing that pile sent shivers down my spine. You never know what happened or why they got evicted. Unfortunately nowadays rent is so high and pay is so low people just can't afford it. I'm just blessed that I have a job that I know will always be in demand so that way I can pay my rent until I can buy a house. Prayers for the tenant and her family as she goes through this.
Thanks for praying for the tenants.
I want to cry too when I see this happening to people. Last week I bought my first 4 storage units, it was so sad. With pictures and ashes from late husband and their dog was really hard to face. Heart breaking. Love your channel,God bless you. Love from south Mississippi
Most people are right on the edge of loosing it all... I constantly have to find things in my house, trash, scrap metal to sell to make ends meet. Gas prices make it painful to have to drive my truck to bring in a load... Sometimes I feel like I barely brake even with scrap.
The solution is simple, go after the greedy, corrupt, and tyrannical government overlords, remove them from power, and make THEM lose everything that THEY own. Let them see who breaks first, the citizens that will stand up against evil, or the corrupt politicians that are unable to rely on what they are used to having in their lives.
@@OldsmobileCutlass1969Va , the Luciferian globalist elite are making things this way purposely so that they can cull humankind.
There is a lot of hurt in this old world, but your videos, funny scrap language and talking to God through out the day make me and many laugh. Thank you and God Bless.🙂
Hi Paul. Many years ago, a neighbor was evicted and the young teen came home from school without knowing what had happened. It broke my heart seeing him setting on the front stoop until someone came for him. And then watching people stopping and picking through their belongings. So sad! Hi Olivia, sweet girl.
Beyond heartbreaking. You are so right
Nothing like a "Scrap and Pallet Man" video to raise a guy's spirits after a long day in the work jungle. As always, I feel more centered and relaxed after some quality time with Paul. I wonder if Paul knows the power of his videos - his humbleness, honesty, thankfulness sent to all - through a video. You are a blessing my brother - I hope you know that.
Mr. Paul, three cheers for you for not picking someone else's bad luck. I'm like you, it's not someone's trash, it's someone's life. No matter the circumstances. ( unless serial killer). And so many people want to moan and groan about their life but look at the stuff they have. I would give everything I own to have hubby back. But I know he's in a better place and I thank God I have what I need to make it. Not much but I want for nothing. I have a bed, a roof over my head, my bills are paid and I'm not hungry. And i have my fur babies. Praise God. I am so blessed. May you be blessed, loved and have peace in your heart.
Love the new ramp to save that back ! from 1 TO 8 cartoons wow. I'm 65 we had out door plumbing , no phone or tv . Washed in the big wash tub, lived out on a 500 acre farm..loved all of it !
That sounds amazing. Seriously
Amen! Yay! You remembered the cord from the walker. 😁 Many blessings and answers to your prayers.
Ha clothes rack…nailed it. It’s so sad when people are in hard times then to see folks taking what they want with no feelings or consideration or empathy. As always, your videos keep my feet to the ground and remind me there are good people in this nutty world. Have a good weekend!
🙂
I don't think i could go through somebodies belongings either Paul not knowing if it was evition or abandonment. Olivia is such a gorgeous dog 🐕 i love it when she's in your video's. Keep being you and God Bless xx
Hong Kong Fooey, oh my gosh, that was a brilliantly funny cartoon. I'm so old!! 🤣🤣 wow, algebra, that is something I can not work out. That is an awesome photo of that lion.
Olivia is beautiful!! We found a house clean out curbside. We did go through it and saved as much as we could. We were able to re home most of it. It is sad to see, if you don't know details. We also know of a place where loaded dumpsters get parked until they are emptied. We have saved so much stuff. We clean and donate most of it. Some stuff we set out with a large Free sign. It goes fast
Great haul. I know the feeling when I see evictions on the curb it breaks my heart. That could be anyone of us. I know I couldn’t do that to someone. At least let them get their stuff. Enjoyed watching thanks for sharing. God Bless🥰
Cracked up at the clothes rack comment! I had one just like that at one time🤣🤣! Great haul and I totally get not wanting to pick an eviction. You are correct, don't know the story as to why or the value to the individual. You rock!! Love your videos!! Bless you!! You are a good man!! Just doing your thing and not bothering anyone!! How life should be!
I'm Very Proud of You Paul 👏
With the help of Our All Mighty God, I have just celebrated 23 years of living Alcohol Free. Keep up the Amazing work ❣🙏
One day at a time
Hey Paul thank you for keeping me company another night. I had my surgery Tuesday so I was looking forward to hearing your soothing voice. Here I am enjoying just like so many others! Thank you for all you do! Stay safe!
Are you feeling better?
@@ScrapPalletMan yes thank you. Today is my birthday and I usually go on a dolphin watch but I just wasn’t ready for that. Thanks for asking. Give Olivia hugs for me!
Happiest of birthdays Antoinette! 😃
@@ScrapPalletMan thank you So very much.
That lift was your best investment ever Paul 👍
I to lost everything because of my dark days of addiction.I have been clean and sober for 28 years so I know that feeling. GOD and AA has given me a much better life. I am much more grateful now. Thank you for talking so freely about the life of addiction.
I have to say, sitting around the tables of recovery makes it easy to talk about hope and what it was like during the dark days.
Paul I am so happy and proud of you for putting your additions in God's hands. He is always there for us. Your fur baby is such a cutie. May you always be blessed sir.
Hi Debbie. Kind comments like these warm my heart
Ya I lost every thing and had to live in my van and camp on a frozen lake with my new wife wasn't drugs or drinking family stole all my cash but God tested us and we passed been with my wife for 28 years am so lucky so this triggered my ptsd but I love u all and may God bless u all
Sorry to hear about the theft though I am amazed on your fortitude and ability to overcome. Praise God
We're on the same page with the evictions Paul. Thank You for having such a good heart.
Years ago there was a sheriff's eviction on my street. I didn't know the story, but like you, it made me very sad to see this family's possessions all out on the curb. People were rifling through the stuff like vultures, and this was one of our neighbors. It made me sick to my stomach. I called the county and asked if the family needed help or a place to store stuff, and they advised me not to get involved with the situation as there was a long story behind it.
Yeah it gave me a sickness to my stomach
Same happened to my family but God helped us the final minute to find a cheap storage unit we had payed rent for over 5 years every day on time and one month came and we couldn’t pay and they just kicked us to the curb . Now I always get neighbors phone number and if they ever need help I would help them personally
That was super kind of you to consider giving them help. 20yrs ago I was in a non fault Head-on Car Crash which cost me my van, my Petrol Tools, my business then I lost my home and half my possessions and during the move out I was allowed to leave what was salvaged in my friend's garage however then came the storms and her neighbour above her on the hillside illegally used sandbags to divert the rainwater straight onto her garage! so ALL my belongings inc my beloved University books! were soaked & ruined. It was a tough time. To offer help to anyone when others will even try to stop you helping them, that's true Christianity. Even if there is a "Long story", even if someone's committed horrible offences & "deserves to be punished" it's still the right thing to do to try to help.
One of my neighbors lost his house and had a good bit of stuff and no place to take it. I had recently had a large barn built and told him he could store his stuff in there till he got settled. He was blown away because we weren't close, but none of his "friends " even offered. Unfortunately, the strain took its toll on this fellow and he passed away a month later. But as Christians, this is what we do. Always look out for your neighbors.
What did that poor machine do to anyone? That bucket of metal pieces reminded me of what those guys did to the fax machine in that office movie with the red stapler.
Your a good guy not jumping on someone's misfortune. Congrats on your recovery. #We do recover by the grace of god.
I needed a smile today and you always provide that. Please pray for me as I continue to heal from the Big C. Thanks Paul
Sending prayers 🙏🙏🙏
Sending prayers…may God touch you with his healing hands!🙏🏻🙏🏻🥰
I am definitely praying for you right now Nana

You are a very special man Mr. Paul! God have good plans for you. I like the fact that you take the time to pray before pay. Congratulations on 15 yrs clean and sober.
Hey to mark the g man !! Always good when you see him Paul !
“ Hong Kong fuey, number one super guy! Hong Kong fuey quicker then the human eye !” I used to love that !
Ohhhh… the clothes rack. Took me a minute.
Hey Paul 🙋🏽. I truly hope you had a wonderful day ‼️ you're right, it's always very sad to see everything someone owns on the side of the street/road . be safe out there ‼️😃👍🏽💯✅.
So glad you turned your life around, Paul . Evictions are always so sad . It is possible that this hard knock will be the persons wake up call to better things. We can always pray for that . 🙏🙏🙏🙏Great scrap day . Have a Blessed weekend .Keep being your awesome self. Keep Safe ❤Keep Well❤
Yes !! I also think of the landlord, no rent ? For 6 months, or? & They must still pay the bank😕
I'm on the road to recovery from alcohol abuse after 20 years of destroying the lives of the people that care for me the most it's time I give back to them and myself! Thank you for bringing that up Paul 💚👍
I always enjoy finding a piece of yard equipment on the curb, taking it home, and finding it works just fine. That JD is a nice mower! Glad to hear that the Troy-Bilt worked out, too!
Isn't it amazing that my old mower broke because I hit scrap and God gave me two mowers that work just fine. One only required a spark plug
Great video Paul the ending hit home a little both because I lost everything and was homeless as well as being a recovered alcoholic like you I can't touch the stuff and funnily enough I'm 9 years sober today. Keep up the good work really appreciate it
Happy sobriety birthday
Wow well done on not touching the stuff ! You should be so proud of your selves both you and Paul !

I pray for those in difficult situations. 🙏
Does your friend still fix and or repair lawnmowers?!? Awesome scrap haul. Have a safe and wonderful weekend!
I just heard from him today
Just glad to see a scrapper using their work boots! I see scrappers all the time worry wartin' over drain hoses on washing machines, stuck bed frames, table legs, etc when all it usually takes is one good stomp and the problem is solved. God Bless!
Hi Paul! Nice scrapping work you are doing. I am from Sweden and here people have to take their own scrap to the recylingstation by them selves. And they do (almost). The community sells it and the money get back to the community and the community get paid for some costs during the handling of the other houshold garbish we produce and want to get rid off. We also have a couple of scrapyards where you can sell your own scrap and get paid for it. I am glad that you are turning your engine off when you are loading, it is really good for not the noise, but most important: you are doing great for our enviroment when turning engine off when not driving! Sorry for the bad english.
Your English is great. And your philosophy is even better.
The way the economy is, i believe we will see more of this! It's sad!
On the other hand, great run Paul!
I pray that's not the case
Hey SAP man.. love your vids...
Hi Paul! My puppy is listening to you today. You are a very kind man!
Awww
❤my heart felt every bit of emotional roller coaster since I've lost it all when I had a health condition. Thank you for being human and kind!
16 years ago this week, I started the journey from being homeless in Las Vegas to living in Illinois.
Well, I have been blessed not to lose my stuff. But, I quit drinking about 40 years ago. God convicted me . And believe me he does know how. And I left a beer sitting on the bar. And never drank after that. I Thank him for blessing me so much. Some would say that I don't have a lot. But, I do. I have a lot compared to others in my family. I am happy and that is all that counts. Our commission is to witness to others. We do that by the way we live and talk of our faith in Christ.
Praise God. Glad it all turned around
Yes it sad when someone gets evicted. Years a go I did a lot of repair work for Land lord in my town, an from time to time would help clear out a home where he had evicted someone it bothered me a bit. But I needed the work. But then came the day he evicted one of my step daughters and her loser boy friend that did not want to work. The Land lord did not know she was my step daughter. She got lucky I was the one to clean out the house. I was abele to save all her things. I called one of her brothers and had him bring over his truck, and he help me store her things in his garage and my garage tell she could get a new place to stay. The thing that hurt the most about it all, was the fact she did not come to me for help in the first place. But we got that all straighten out after that. She knows to call me for help now. You should seen how surprised she was when found out me and her brother had save every thing.
i LOVE your videos, and I am right there with you on having lost all my belongings. I've hauled carloads to homeless encampments just so it didn't get put out on the street, it made me feel better about losing it that way. Living in my car actually helped me learn to live with less stuff in general, not keen to gather. In a small neat apt now. I knew a woman who had TWICE lived in a trailer that went up in flames, with her in her car, with a purse and jacket and nothing else. She has a place now and I wouldn't be surprised if she sits in there with a shotgun. It's too heartbreaking when it's all their actual goods in the world. I'm with you on that!
It was horrifying when I first lost all my belongings. Today, I'm not too attached to anything. Probably just a trauma response.
Hi scrap & pallet man hope your having awesome day realky enjoy watching your video i really love when yu have a time guite time looking at the water and the ducks yu have amazing weekend God Bless yu

Paul that John Deere mower heard you taking smack and was trying to get away 😂😂😂 jk. That is a really good mower for your mower man. As always good luck and God Bless.
At your mention of returning to school. ....I was there. After being a stay at home mom for so many years, at age 48 I took my College Asset class, failed miserably, went home and cried. I had to start with Math 50...then 80 and finally 110. Thanks to God, I did get my Bachelors and am a retired nurse (LPN). God watches over slow learners, so welcome to the club.
I am proud of you Susan. I'll always remember that first remedial math class just going over addition subtraction multiplication and division. Humbling and hopeful all at the same time.
Another good video.... When that lawn mower came back and hit your truck I cringed for you... Those three little grills lined up were cute. Almost as if they were watching you unload...I really appreciate how you are grateful for everything you have and get...

Hi Paul! Saturday morning cartoons were the bomb, better than cartoons of today! 😁 We had our entire roof cave in my childhood home (I think 1997) we lost a majority of our belongings, sad! 😥 Prayers for the family who got evicted! ♥️
You know what it's like to lose everything. Most everything. Have a great weekend Heidi
@@ScrapPalletMan Absolutely, you have a great weekend too! ♥️
Your so funny! Just enjoy to hear you talk! Good luck! Hope your fine lots of iron and good things to keep!! Also I lots of copper!! God bless you!! Louisiana)
Hi Debbie. How hot is it in Louisiana right now?
Hi my name is Starr. I'm new to your channel recommended by RUclips. And I totally love your personality and your attitude towards life. I would like to share my story with you and anyone that's listening. I was a emancipated 16yr. Unfortunately I had to lie to my landlord that I was 18. after a year later a family members had told my landlord that I was underage and when I came home all my things were put out on the street and picked through. My first apartment my first everything was all gone. I was heartbroken! I collected as much as I could carry in a shopping cart. Which led me to a shelter that I couldn't stay in because I was underage. So I slept in a park, apt. stairways, bus stations, still working a full-time job. Now I'm 49 and blessed with a roof over my head and living stable. Thank you for sharing your day with us and your story.
Beyond frustrating. How could that landlord do that to you?
Hey Paul, how ya doin? Me personally I couldn't go through and pick from someone's stuff cause of an eviction either. my mother was put in a rehabilitation center before she past and lost her house she was renting and the landlord did the same thing as the one in your town. we did get her prized positions but the stuff we couldn't get was gone the next day. it's definitely sad to see something like that for any reason. anywho, thank you for letting us all hang out with you. God bless you and have a great week!
Amen! Good morning Paul I’ve been in your shoes it was years ago my husband would buy beer and hard stuff instead of paying bills and I got kick out of a few places but the last home we lived at I took everything that I could out and put it in storage my son paid for me gone back and the landlord had everything in the dumpster so my children and I lived in the van for about a week and the a friend at a house empty so we moved in. For 20 years we lived like that now for the last ten No drinking or drugs. But it always breaks my heart seeing it. Sorry for going on like this but awesome video it’s always good seeing the scraping video in the morning. Sending prayers for the family 🙏🏻 always nice seeing the baby take care.
It's tough. Thanks for sharing Crystal
Thanks for your prayer 🙏🙏🙏🙏 I needed to hear it! Hugs 🤗 and prayers 🙏🙏🙏
Paul you see value in people and products. So to you I am thankful. Glory be to God..
Praise God
You are the best😁 I absolutely love your quick wit and use of the good old tunes. I especially love your love for our Heavenly Father!! He loves your wit too! Blessed with a mower and new luggage!! He always provides!! Bless you and much love😊
You are right, God always provides
When Paul was sorting and testing the lawn motors, it reminded me of the Jawas in Star Wars when they were picking metals and they had found C3PO.😂
Happy scrapping Paul. Hopefully you are doing well. Very nice video today. Very nice truck load there. Are priceless going down? Can't wait to see more videos soon my friend. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friend. Keep recycling. Keep picking. Keep scraping. Keep making. God bless.
Prices went from 12.5 cents per pound to 11.5 cents per pound for shredder scrap
Wow, this really hit home for me, Paul. I moved back to my childhood home after my Dad passed and several years later lost my job working for a mortgage company during the housing market crash. Couldn’t find a full time job and fell behind on my property taxes. Eventually, my house was sold at a Sheriff’s sale, I rented from the new owner but he decided he wanted to sell the house. I had to leave real fast and people were throwing everything I owned in black garbage bags. I lost everything. I went on to live in some bushes for 4 months. I saw good and bad but I mostly remember amazing gestures of love, including witnessing miracles. Thank you for being respectful, but then you have a beautiful compassionate heart. On a lighter note...”Coat rack”! 🤣🤣🤣
I felt the intensity reading this. It gets me angry that a tax bill can throw you out of your childhood home
Not to worry, it was the greatest journey of my life.
I haven't watched your videos in a while but it looks like you're doing great and with your hard work coming up in the world. I like the new truck and setup too. Looking great. Be safe and thanks for the videos.
Hey Rick good to hear from you
The curbside eviction is only the tip of the iceberg. Things are only going to get worse. I just never thought we would be experiencing this tremendous a need for compassion and so many people needing help. Just nice to know there is Paul like you out there sharing wisdom and love. Thank you!
You might be right
My Dad (b. 1916) was stressed all his life about being sure he had enough money to take care of his family after the Depression caused many of his neighbors in Los Angeles to be evicted. He saw his school friends sitting on the curb next to all their family belongings with no place to go. He never forgot how bad he felt. I understand your not wanting to pick those piles.
I have heard stories about my father stealing peas from the vine so they could have Thanksgiving. My brother never forgot that and has always had a larder/pantry full of food. He would get sleepless if he saw too much shelf space.
"Hello Grumpy G! How you be?" Bahahaha😅😂🤣
You caught that 😆😂
"When you find a grill you must whip it" Now that song is stuck in my head. Thanks Paul ... lol
