Considering that there are already alot of pyro dps like hu tao, yoimiya, and arlechinno, and her being another pyro dps seems a bit too lame because she will ofcourse powercreep all of them and i think its better she would be a sub dps rather than an onfield dps😓
dont forget diluc and klee, but why is it now a bad thing, why didnt people start complaining when arlecchino was just another pyro dps? before arlecchino it was yoimiya which came out in 2.0 so it was basically 2 whole years before we got an extra one pyro dps and she broke sales, now we got another in less than a year and people are mad, make it make sense
@@Hhhh22222-w pyro dps role is too over saturated, nobody needs more pyro dps, arlecchino was the last one that covered all the previous pyro dpses flaws, such as gameplay, f2p friendly to build, damage and good at multitarget and single target content. the rest one before her were too lackluster in some way or another and mavuika has nothing else to cover at all in that regard, turns out we need more pyro supports which have been monopolized by bennett and xiangling, two 4* from 1.0 dehya was designed to also be a pyro dps, but with defensive capabilities, making her not even good at any of them both and thrown to standard banner just to avoid fixing her. you think people are mad but for the wrong reasons, people is mad because we don't need more pyro dps, it has wasted the potential of many characters that could've been something else, this is what puts pyro element as one of the worst elements as it's not offering anything that you don't have.
Very disappointed so far. Have been saving for her but I am not interested in a pyro dps….I don’t care about clearing a few seconds faster. Really wanted a good pyro support and buffer. Looks like she is not what I was looking for. It’s fine, I will keep saving, No way am I looking to get cons.

@AVPVN It's consistent off-field pyro that doesn't need 300+ ER and can proc cinder city for 40% buff on your team, sure Mavuika is better at that, but if you're pulling JUST for that and aren't planning on using her as main dps, I'd say just stick to traveler and save the primogems.

she is better tho? does way more dmg, buffs, needs no er, her application is a tap e, has longer range, lasts longer, has utility, it's only slower by 0.5s and thats only relevant for childe or mualani which could miss 1 vape, but lets ignore the fsct that with mavuika her vape would be 2x stronger and the overall team damage is much higher than xiangling could ever contribute to

Not really true since we are getting a free Natlan unit in the pryo mc who will work with her and support the team. So the idea that she's not ftp friendly is just silly. She's going to be great a c0 and her c1+2 are probably some of the best value in the game.
At 2:00... and now I know why those energy draining enemies are in the game. Hoyo made a problem so they can sell you the solution. I'm not surprised, but it makes me more cynical about Mavuika and Natlan generally. Maybe I'm just getting older or going through a hard time, but it really feels like the issue of selling you a 5* solution to a problem specifically made by Hoyo is getting a little blatant as of late. --> It's why is Natlan's geography so challenging? So you'll use Mualani, Kinich, Chasca, Mavuika etc. to get around. Which is shame because Natlan is beautiful and I want to explore it all, but it's harder because I don't have many Natlan characters (just Xilonen and Kachina). --> Why are enemy health pools in the Abyss like 5X what they used to be? So, you'll buy Natlan characters, Neuvillette, Arlecchino, etc. Which is a shame because I don't have a lot of new DPSs because I haven't been as lucky with my pulls and I'm no longer spending money on the game. --> Enemy's drain your health? Don't worry, just pull Mavuika... because you know it's easier better to just pull her instead of questioning why these enemies are even in the game (because they're not fun to fight at all). Natlan is the patch I have pulled in the least (just Xilonen) because something about the game design has been turning me off more and more. Maybe it was always like this and I never noticed until now.

so in other words she is going to be useless for most people that doesn't have EVERY major 5 star character released in natlan so far . this pretty much killed alll the hype i had for her, as i just recently returned to the game because of her, and Have NONE of the natlan 5 star characters released so far.
I’m new to Genshin, but i just pulled Nuevi and I’m gonna try to pull for Mavuika, and when she returns in 5.4 I’ll go after Furina, because I feel that this team is good as DPS mains but will also support each other equally.
i believe by the end of the final beta her sub dps capabilities and her dps capabilities will become equal...idk how but probably hoyoverse is planning to make her that way...my speculation though....
People still don't understand that she is BETTER xiangling, no Er and Bennett requirement, any possible dps loss due to her slower application is offset by her massive burst dmg.
@@MASTER_AL yeah people do not realize this enough. Xiangling is a nightmare to play with the massive ER requirements esp with solo pyro. Meanwhile with Mavuika it'd just be hold E. Just a bit unfortunate it applies pyro every 2s instead of 1s
yeah no, you can't just say that her mid off fielding is offset by her on fielding potential. those are 2 totally different things that require different team building. she can hit 1 million per attack during burst and it still wouldn't matter to me if she can't powercreep xiangling.
Will Mauvika will be better Main DPS than Arlecchino? With or without constelations? I see many video's about pyro archon and 1 thing she absolutle needs/must have is 1 natlan character aka Xilonen
even without xilonen, c0 mavuika is better than c0 arle, with xilonen she is almost as strong as c2r1 arle, her c2 is stronger than every c6 in this game
She is so broken right now that she surpasses every other dps by quute a lot. I think she will get nerfed tho, since this is not even healthy for the game anymore
every natlan character are more powerfull at c0 than all other regions c2 chars lol. i was shocked when i cleared each floor abyss in less than 1 min with my c0r0 chasca with lvl 1 chars lol. even nevi and arle needs more than 1 min to clear abyss solo.

But this abyss also buffs chasca way to much to make a fair comparison. It gives 80% attack to charged attack users. Which ofcourse makes her much stronger then the others now. '
Her skill thats similar to Shogun is enough pyro application for me. Imagine using her skill + shogun skil. That'd be so unique and overload reaction to infinity

Although she is supportive of her people, she also the archon who gets the most support from her people as well ❤. I think this fits her design perfectly.
People need to start making their own opinion about characters and stop listening what a random dude on youtube says about a character, if you like her pull for her. If you don't, keep saving your primogems, simple as that.

Honestly i was expecting for her to be more of a raw fighter not this. The bike is cool i guess bit i was expecting her to fight in a similar way to Dehya.
still so annoyed she is a dps. xiangling is the only off field pyro dps but we have like 10 on fielders. rn arle is the best pyro dps. so to intice people to pull for mavuika they would at least have to powercreep arle.. a character that came out only a few months ago, instead of idk... powercreeping a FREE FOUR STAR!!! like honestly if she is a main dps it would be a waste of a pull for a lot of people. but a xiangling or benny replacement with more quality of life?? she would sell like crazy.

for some people it may seem that Mavuika isn't f2p friendly. but let me remind you that we can get some weapons or characters (5 or 4*) who can make Mavuika better in the future. Citlali might go to standard banner. We don't know for sure but if she is confirmed to go there I would avoid pulling for her and just get her for free in the anniversary.
dehya is literally the only limited pyro unit that isnt a dps, she technically is but shes just too weak, i dont get why everyone is upset, all limited pyro units are dps units they always have been

@@Hhhh22222-w that is quite literally the problem lmao. All limited pyro characters should NOT be ONLY DPS'S. Pyro is oversaturated as an result. It doesn't matter if being a DPS fits her character or if she does a ton of damage, because ultimately the game is in a WORSE state by making her a DPS than not. She brings nothing new to the table and only does worse than every other unique character BESIDES raw damage. She cant out rank Benny's ATK buff, Xiangling's Pyro app, and is just another overtuned DPS who will just powercrept the others for no apparent reason. Not to mention, she is practically useless without Xilonen AND as a Sub-DPS. Her main value as a sub-DPS is to provide pyro app (which she does BARELY better than DEHYA) and to provide a buff with her burst. Said burst is EXTREMLY hard to get without ANY Natlan characters. (On average she needs 20ish hits just to get THE BASE AMOUNT of her damage buff) Its a problem that needs to be addressed.

As of her kit right now, she doesn't bring anything new to the table except hitting bigger numbers than other Pyro Dps or any Dps(as for now) and not requiring energy to use her Burst. So might have to wait for the final version to decide.
I assumed outside of battle, when riding her vehicle at C0 and be similar in speed or last longer riding not below, not locked behind constellations, and damage only increasing with natlan characters was shocking considering I only have kachina and no other natlan characters because I wanted mavuika 😢. I still want her, but this is ridiculous 😵💫😭!

extremely weird choice by hoyo, powercreeping recent top tier dps instead of bennett/xiangling who have been dominating the meta since the beginning… What happened to “no one fights alone”? apparently she does
I mean, the concept of "no one fights alone" is done in her kit with her off field pyro attack and her ult mechanic where basically the other characters help her do the spirit bomb. I do, however, think that a sub dps role would've been the better choice. My vision for her was that her skill would make some fireballs rain on the enemies in a cool way (like when she was aiding us during the war) and her ult would create the Natlan sun rune that would target the biggest enemy to then float above it and blast it with a beam of full concentrated power of the SUN (the beam would hit multiple times, deal damage in an area where it impacts and will follow new targets whenever the current one dies). In adition, if Mavuika is switched out while the ult is still up, she will then fly over the rune and remain there, blasting away herself before the ult ends and she goes away.
@@Hhhh22222-w Xianglings Burst still deals more damage than Mavuika’s skill since it hits more times, in that aspect shes more of a side grade + buffing capabilities, as for buffing Im not counting Scroll because every natlan character can use it so I dont think its that valid to include it in her kit since you probably will want to use her with xilonen so that her burst is even able to charge without long NA spam, but even with scroll she’s giving 65% dmg bonus (buff diminishes) and 25% without it, Furina gives ~30-50 not considering Jean, not to mention the fact that is just straight up not what bennett does, the reason he is so valuable is that the only other flat atk buff in the game sucks, the guy can hold noblesse while giving 119% atk buff (c5 + crowned) and healing, how does mavuika replace him?
@@Lost_SYou forgot something, even tho Mavuika hits less she is a 5* and has over 50% higher base Atk, since she doesn't require Er, she can be built more offensively + as a Natlan char she enjoys free 40cr from obsidian. Her skill will hit harder than xiangling even without Bennett. Additionally you can tap her burst (which is a nuke) for melt/vape and swap off. This is the end of Xiangling, some haven't realized it yet.

Welcome to gacha games, this is the same game that had a previous c2 archon be better than previous c6 characters, where a dendro archon is the only good dendro applicator and required for all dendro related teams, same game where the all the dps of a french inspired region needed the archon to perform 100%, same game where a c0 water dude powercrept every other dps even at c6 before him

So, every pyro(most) character is built around charge attack. Diluc, dehya, gaming, hu tao, klee, lyney, xinyan, and yanfei. And maybe even arlecchino, with her needing to charge attack to activate her main damage source. And now, mavuika has to deal the most damage with her charge.

Mavuika can be used as an off field to replace xiangling because there is only around 2-3 teams that really need a consistant pyro application, in those teams, yea, xiangling is way better, but in every other team thay just requires pyro and not consistant mavuika is straight up better but there is one big problem when you user her as an off fielder : replace your onflelder and use mavuika as an onfield, 90% of the time the team will be stronger

I think everyone is happy with their Pyro Dps Arle, Hu and so on and dont need another Pyro Dps. I dont she is bad, but not needed and if someone doesnt like her concept, you need to Accept it

I am tired of not being able to heal Arlo. Going to replace her with Mavuika. BUT Mav and Arlo use different supports so I can use them on different sides of the Abyss. So, I still have a place for Arlo. I like greatsword characters best. Navia and Noelle are my favs.
@THESocialJusticeWarrior that amount of time shouldn't hinder your clear time... even it it does, just heal at the end of your rotation, they're not that long and you don't lose that much BoL. I never had issues, I usually run her sustainless and it's a smooth sailing.
So that's why she is team up with Citlali at phase 1 because she needs a Natlan character in a team and Citlali is the best option cause she shreds pyro

Im excited to finally have a new Archon Dps. Raiden wasn't that all great when she came out so this is it for me. I dont give an f about support capabilities as i dont even use xl and bennette anymore ever since sumeru (maybe ill finally use xl again when her skin comes out).

Kinich is probably one of the only if not the only character that geta a proper buff from her. Since Kinich currently doesn't have any natlan characters to hold cinder city in his team. He also gets a decent boost simply by having a Nalan character in the team (due to the nigthsoul burst buff all natlan characters have..) So yeah She is a better support than xiangling, thoma and dehya for kinich specifically.
Im still pulling for Citlali, I´ll save for Mavuika and her R1 on her rerun instead, since no other Natlan character seems interesting, I already have everything I wanted

Base on her dependency on Natlan characters, I may be pulling her for design and exploration purposes only. Combat-wise, she's not that versatile for F2P player that can't afford to have Natlan characters.
We gotta wait, there's still a whole month for the devs to make changes and all. Honestly if she's just another pyro dps and her support capability is basically the same as xiangling then it's a skip on my account.
So for those who do not have any proper natlan character and proper supports, mavuika or arclecchino? should they go for any of their constellation or weapon? or should they still save some pulls for c0 furina? let’s say now they have like 200 pulls.
I would say arlechino for damage, i mean she works well with a 3 star spear and making good damage as a hu tao well built. Mavuika ( for what i can see ) depends to much on her weapon c2 and natlan characters. In simple terms arlechino is more F2P friendly. We can hope that this first beta make some changes, or else hoyo will have low profits for those who think using their primogems wisely

yeah I'm personally probably not gonna go for her I'm more interested in citlali and her weapon, and i already have arlecchino's weapon I'm just waiting for her rerun and i have lyney with his signature weapon, so i don't need another pyro dps, i might change my mind when it comes to rerun which is usually what I do with dps's (I'm paying dearly for it with wriothesley 😮💨)
First time im considering NOT wishing for an archon. Heck i have every one of them. And while I dont use Zhonghli or Venti, they still have their spots on teams on occasion. But Mavuika....just isnt doin it for me. Natlan is just meh overall. KINICH is my strongest DPS and is from natlan...that's it... ,seconded by Navia with help from Furina, and then a suped up Heizou with Furina, a melt arlecchino and of course the Dragon himself Neuvilette both with separate non archon teams... She is not support ,she is a killing machine if you guys use her as a support you will loose her 50 percent value she is top tier main dps in game so far
and that is the problem she is contelation depended and alsow need(not a joke) xilonen or 2 other natlan units to be able to get the full burst(wich if u dont get it when u use her for dps is a MASIVE dps drop) and even then if i remember corectly a tc made a vedion on her vs arle and she was only a bit better when it came to total dmg and worse when it came to team options and how flexible as a unit she is. OFC THIS is only v2 so she will change and v2 is NEVER a big change v3 is where we see the big stuff so yeah.

dehya was designed to also be a pyro dps, but with defensive capabilities, making her not even good at any of them both and thrown to standard banner just to avoid fixing her.
you think people are mad but for the wrong reasons, people is mad because we don't need more pyro dps, it has wasted the potential of many characters that could've been something else, this is what puts pyro element as one of the worst elements as it's not offering anything that you don't have.

@AVPVN It's consistent off-field pyro that doesn't need 300+ ER and can proc cinder city for 40% buff on your team, sure Mavuika is better at that, but if you're pulling JUST for that and aren't planning on using her as main dps, I'd say just stick to traveler and save the primogems.

@@Hhhh22222-w that is quite literally the problem lmao. All limited pyro characters should NOT be ONLY DPS'S. Pyro is oversaturated as an result. It doesn't matter if being a DPS fits her character or if she does a ton of damage, because ultimately the game is in a WORSE state by making her a DPS than not. She brings nothing new to the table and only does worse than every other unique character BESIDES raw damage. She cant out rank Benny's ATK buff, Xiangling's Pyro app, and is just another overtuned DPS who will just powercrept the others for no apparent reason. Not to mention, she is practically useless without Xilonen AND as a Sub-DPS. Her main value as a sub-DPS is to provide pyro app (which she does BARELY better than DEHYA) and to provide a buff with her burst. Said burst is EXTREMLY hard to get without ANY Natlan characters. (On average she needs 20ish hits just to get THE BASE AMOUNT of her damage buff)

As of her kit right now, she doesn't bring anything new to the table except hitting bigger numbers than other Pyro Dps or any Dps(as for now) and not requiring energy to use her Burst. So might have to wait for the final version to decide.

I assumed outside of battle, when riding her vehicle at C0 and be similar in speed or last longer riding not below, not locked behind constellations, and damage only increasing with natlan characters was shocking considering I only have kachina and no other natlan characters because I wanted mavuika 😢. extremely weird choice by hoyo, powercreeping recent top tier dps instead of bennett/xiangling who have been dominating the meta since the beginning… What happened to “no one fights alone”? apparently she does
I mean, the concept of "no one fights alone" is done in her kit with her off field pyro attack and her ult mechanic where basically the other characters help her do the spirit bomb. I do, however, think that a sub dps role would've been the better choice. My vision for her was that her skill would make some fireballs rain on the enemies in a cool way (like when she was aiding us during the war) and her ult would create the Natlan sun rune that would target the biggest enemy to then float above it and blast it with a beam of full concentrated power of the SUN (the beam would hit multiple times, deal damage in an area where it impacts and will follow new targets whenever the current one dies). In adition, if Mavuika is switched out while the ult is still up, she will then fly over the rune and remain there, blasting away herself before the ult ends and she goes away.

@@Hhhh22222-w Xianglings Burst still deals more damage than Mavuika’s skill since it hits more times, in that aspect shes more of a side grade + buffing capabilities, as for buffing Im not counting Scroll because every natlan character can use it so I dont think its that valid to include it in her kit since you probably will want to use her with xilonen so that her burst is even able to charge without long NA spam, but even with scroll she’s giving 65% dmg bonus (buff diminishes) and 25% without it, Furina gives ~30-50 not considering Jean, not to mention the fact that is just straight up not what bennett does, the reason he is so valuable is that the only other flat atk buff in the game sucks, the guy can hold noblesse while giving 119% atk buff (c5 + crowned) and healing, how does mavuika replace him?
@@Lost_SYou forgot something, even tho Mavuika hits less she is a 5* and has over 50% higher base Atk, since she doesn't require Er, she can be built more offensively + as a Natlan char she enjoys free 40cr from obsidian. Her skill will hit harder than xiangling even without Bennett.
Additionally you can tap her burst (which is a nuke) for melt/vape and swap off. This is the end of Xiangling, some haven't realized it yet.

So, every pyro(most) character is built around charge attack. Diluc, dehya, gaming, hu tao, klee, lyney, xinyan, and yanfei. And maybe even arlecchino, with her needing to charge attack to activate her main damage source. And now, mavuika has to deal the most damage with her charge.

Mavuika can be used as an off field to replace xiangling because there is only around 2-3 teams that really need a consistant pyro application, in those teams, yea, xiangling is way better, but in every other team thay just requires pyro and not consistant mavuika is straight up better but there is one big problem when you user her as an off fielder : replace your onflelder and use mavuika as an onfield, 90% of the time the team will be stronger
@@Nanii_nani some people dont want her as a main dps. Until now every Archon had a supp role but in this case it seems like more of a dps role. I think everyone is happy with their Pyro Dps Arle, Hu and so on and dont need another Pyro Dps. I dont she is bad, but not needed and if someone doesnt like her concept, you need to Accept it

I am tired of not being able to heal Arlo. Going to replace her with Mavuika. BUT Mav and Arlo use different supports so I can use them on different sides of the Abyss. So, I still have a place for Arlo. I like greatsword characters best. Navia and Noelle are my favs.

@THESocialJusticeWarrior that amount of time shouldn't hinder your clear time... even it it does, just heal at the end of your rotation, they're not that long and you don't lose that much BoL. I never had issues, I usually run her sustainless and it's a smooth sailing.

Im excited to finally have a new Archon Dps. Raiden wasn't that all great when she came out so this is it for me. I dont give an f about support capabilities as i dont even use xl and bennette anymore ever since sumeru (maybe ill finally use xl again when her skin comes out).

Kinich is probably one of the only if not the only character that geta a proper buff from her. Since Kinich currently doesn't have any natlan characters to hold cinder city in his team. He also gets a decent boost simply by having a Nalan character in the team (due to the nigthsoul burst buff all natlan characters have..) So yeah She is a better support than xiangling, thoma and dehya for kinich specifically.

Base on her dependency on Natlan characters, I may be pulling her for design and exploration purposes only. Combat-wise, she's not that versatile for F2P player that can't afford to have Natlan characters.

So for those who do not have any proper natlan character and proper supports, mavuika or arclecchino? should they go for any of their constellation or weapon? or should they still save some pulls for c0 furina? let’s say now they have like 200 pulls.
I would say arlechino for damage, i mean she works well with a 3 star spear and making good damage as a hu tao well built.
Mavuika ( for what i can see ) depends to much on her weapon c2 and natlan characters.
In simple terms arlechino is more F2P friendly.
We can hope that this first beta make some changes, or else hoyo will have low profits for those who think using their primogems wisely

Reasons I’m disappointed:
She needs natlan characters, so she wont work well in an archon team
We have too many god damn pyro dps’s
Her exploration apparently isn’t all that
She needs constellations and I’m f2p
We already have 3 natlan dps’s
It would make more sense for her to support natlan characters and others
I’m a kinich main and I wanted mavuika to increase his damage bc rn Bennett is the only other option for support and xiangling as the only other sub dps (except Emilie but I don’t have her)

yeah I'm personally probably not gonna go for her I'm more interested in citlali and her weapon, and i already have arlecchino's weapon I'm just waiting for her rerun and i have lyney with his signature weapon, so i don't need another pyro dps, i might change my mind when it comes to rerun which is usually what I do with dps's (I'm paying dearly for it with wriothesley 😮💨)

First time im considering NOT wishing for an archon. Heck i have every one of them. And while I dont use Zhonghli or Venti, they still have their spots on teams on occasion. But Mavuika....just isnt doin it for me. Natlan is just meh overall. KINICH is my strongest DPS and is from natlan...that's it... ,seconded by Navia with help from Furina, and then a suped up Heizou with Furina, a melt arlecchino and of course the Dragon himself Neuvilette both with separate non archon teams... Heck even kaeya diona and kazuha give me a beast of a Gaming. Honorable mentions include Alhaitham spread with a support Albedo, hyperbloom nahida, and Clorinde with Raiden and Chevreuse.
She is not support ,she is a killing machine if you guys use her as a support you will loose her 50 percent value she is top tier main dps in game so far
and that is the problem she is contelation depended and alsow need(not a joke) xilonen or 2 other natlan units to be able to get the full burst(wich if u dont get it when u use her for dps is a MASIVE dps drop) and even then if i remember corectly a tc made a vedion on her vs arle and she was only a bit better when it came to total dmg and worse when it came to team options and how flexible as a unit she is. OFC THIS is only v2 so she will change and v2 is NEVER a big change v3 is where we see the big stuff so yeah.

Honestly I liked her in the quests, she's a strong archon willing to fight for her people, but I agree there is too much fanservice. A real badass warrior design would have suited her better than a sexy design
