I hope that you all enjoy this video, I kept it super realistic. I do this routine around 3 days a week. On the other days ill wakeup at 6am :)

Love the video! Wine tip is dont let it sit out after opened even with the cork pushed back in because it will go bad, you can put it in the fridge to help it last a few more days! because wine is low alcohol (in comparison to liquor) , they expire after being opened/ exposed to oxygen. I dont think it will harm you to drink the opened wine but it will start to taste weird! lol
I think that’s white wine. Red wine isn’t supposed to go in the fridge.

The pe science protein powder is creamier because its a blend of casein/whey not 100% whey. When casein mixes with liquid it thickens to a yogurt texture and whey just stays liquid if mixed
