Totally agree that she needs some adjustment. The reload is far too slow for 135s, considering Le Fantasque has 139's with a 4 second shorter reload. Her main battery range with the correct mods and commander can surpass 13km I believe, which I think was an attempt to balance out the long reload. A buff to the reload, the alpha damage, or the shell velocity would be appreciated.
Sorry to say I use the guns and I do win gun fights with that ship unless it's a gun boat but it does need a buff little longer torpedoes range and gun reloads need to be a little short it should come with a choice he sap or ap

There's virtually no easier thing in this game than dev striking a US BB, even at full health and with no epic or legendary mod, when you have a Yolo Emilio with smoke still available... US BBs are free kills for anyone who isn't an absolute newbie in any torp DD -- and Emilio with its superior speed and smoke does it even easier than 9 out of 10 torp DDs.

In a fast, but not very sneaky DD hanging around the cap you just captured wouldn't end well. But you're right, too many DDs go hunting the carrier.
