There’s nothing wrong vlogging the slums of manila, thats part of reality. Our country is still a 3rd world and we need to accept the fact that there’s a lot of things we need to fix. Politicians who made lots of promises made these things worst by enriching themselves and just traveling all over the world for their leisure.

After that factoid about the bat urine, I'd suggest to Bianca not to look up at the bats in the trees with her mouth open! 🤣. Bea and I discovered Miagao last year while searching an alternate route to Boracay after a typhoon just passed through the area. We only made it a bit past the town only to be forced to turn around due to a bridge washing out. On the way back to Iloilo, we decided to make the best of it and explore the town. Nice place.

we have lived in Miag-ao for the last 11 years (a further out of the town), you missed the battle of Miagao diorama which was through the round doors at the back of the indoor dinning area in Sulu Gardens, Jonathon (the owner of Sulu) has been building up the gardens for years now and is an excellent historian relating to the myths and history of the town and surrounding area, such as the ghost princess. the Hablon celebrates the local hand weaved cloth mostly around Indag-an, Miag-ao which is well a visit. hope you make it back again someday.

When it comes to card transaction, The Philippines has still have a lot of catching up to do which is a bit of a pain carrying all that cash all the time. It’s a great place but the mayor is somehow…🤷🏻‍♂️ he’s a Guimbal native but prior to elections he build a house there in Miag-ao and ran for Mayor and won, largely to “v” buying though 🥴

Sulu was lovely! That would be a beautiful venue for any reception, like a vow renewal or a post baptism friendly gathering…🙊😌 OR, a small celebration when the dual citizenship is completed. Impressed most by the grounds, the historic bridge, the water elements & landscaping. Sometimes that kind of design can get run down looking, murky waters & mossy slimy stones, but not Sulu. They must work very much at maintaining. The stepping stones & all the water looked so clear & everything was orderly & maintained. I also love the red round door inside, hobbit door. Not the architectural name, I know🚪. Beautiful church door too, Ty for all the picturesque details, as always.
