    Really enjoy you going through this exercise drill for core and leg work. Big believer in foundation. Are any plans in coming videos on exercise that develop throwing stronger. Whats your opinion on throwing with weighted balls.

      I’m glad you like it! As far as a stronger and (I’m assuming faster?) throw-I will likely tackle this question in the future. I get asked a lot how we can help our players build strength and speed efficiently!
      Weighted balls-I think have utility! I I only use weighted balls for the close-up, wrist snap warm-ups though. Unless the ball is the same or less weight than a regular ball, I would hesitate to throw it in a full circle… especially for beginner pitchers who may not have a solid strength foundation yet.
