Imagine that all the comments are about losing a partner, but you're sitting there feeling this this is directed towards who you used to be and wishing that version of you would just come back.
Somehow, losing someone makes us feel like we lost a piece of our self. We obviously change due to this traumatic experience and not in a good way. We grow distrustful and cold to people. To let someone falling into oblivion once hooked is so manipulative and nasty scheme. I don't forgive this anymore.

To everyone who went through silent treatment and most famously known as "ghosting", don't waste your tears on people who left you in the dark with no warning. They don't care, they never did. It's pure cowardice and they will never feel guilty for doing this. No, even if they go through terrible things in their private life, it doesn't excuse that kind of behaviour. Instead and I know it's not easy when we believed there was a strong bond, be grateful they got out of your lives. They were toxic and never meant to stay by your sides from the start. I waited for years for someone who played with my patience and feelings. I cried my eyes out till they get red blood and worried for them knowing they were suicidal. I only destroyed myself and ruined my health for someone who never gave the same in return. Don't do the same. Be smarter and save yourself.

Your being dumb because you can't fathom your way is simply a lie and based on nothing but your belief. I have years into helping them. And that matters more than stupid oppinions like cheesy. I do not care how you choose to perceive anything I say. But I have 29 years into researching and experimenting with psycology and alternative means for assisting them. I'm also a heyoka empath so no disrespect but you are falling into a misinformation trap due to the Internet being flooded with dividing tactics of well meaning people like you who wrongly assume based on what they think
But when you have narcs successfully reawaken the empathy within them and use cognitive empathy to chart their behavior patterns from negative patterns into proper ways of behaving. As well as overcome the splitting and black and white thinking due to the amygdala overiding the ego. I know what you are saying but some of us have overcome our trauma and realize that we have eternal love for ourselves and others and they are lost in the dark. Don't blame people who are drowning in their own misery and overtaken by becoming parasitic. We are able to lend them guidance and patience to work past their trauma wounds collapsing their ego from a single identity. Into fractured splits that cannot mend the internal program issues of the internal structure of the self to allow them to stop being that way. Empaths and compassionate people with education like therapist And psycologist are the only ones able to teach them how to break down the internal walls built up by their amygdala etc and heal to a point they are able to be labeled emotionally and mentally mature enough to continue the process themselves responcibly. You don't have to care or believe it. Because plenty of us have made massive progress healing the few we have. We will do what you think can't be done as we have for some already. I'm sorry for your pain. But like them. It's no excuse to hate another and resent them for flaws they can learn to overcome. Not all. But some.
