@@EckRD I had a friend that would slam a reign right before then go ruck run 12 miles in 2:15. I would never recommend that anyone do that regardless of the individual, but at the time I couldn’t find enough about how caffeine affected certain events like rucking, so that’s why I asked. I’ve found that a little bit of caffeine can help out especially when I’m looking for energy after working all day to go do my ruck runs or just long runs In general, but definitely not 300mg+
