Benjamin Luxon & Robert Tear sing Music Hall favorites! (1979)

Two selections performed by two of Britain's finest singing classic old music hall numbers. Taken from a 1979 BBC telecast of a program titled "Good Old Days". The first selection is the Gendarmes' Duet (0:04) from Offenbach's operetta "Geneviève de Brabant". The second selection (2:28) is unknown to me. Any help identifying it would be appreciated.
