I’m not sure where the hate is coming from. Alicia is using her voice to tell her story. Her experience is hers and hers alone. We can have opinions but I will be deleting any hateful comments. We don’t need any of that, it’s not constructive and it’s not what we’re about.
We believe in the power of collective voice. By providing a platform for these black British changemakers we want to inspire, creating a ripple effect that drives tangible systemic change. If you believe in a better and more equitable world for us all, please join us on our journey. If you’re here to troll and leave hateful comments..please go elsewhere.

Every person you described in your former workplace you labelled by race - a black woman, white guy, jewish guy - and you spoke to each differently based on their race. You described situations where you had interactions with managers and coworkers you didn't like and immediately injected racism not only as the problem but the ONLY factor at play. There are clearly issues in companies of people being ingorant or discrimintory but you've applied it to absolutely everything and don't sound like you've carried yourself with much tact. In fact, it sounds like you were in constant disputes and it seems many, many people had issues with you. For example reporting you for mislabelling the fillipina as an employee for the Phillipine office, this is ridiculous of course but so obviously retaliation for your misplaced complaints of racism in the past. People clearly didn't like you and this was for reasons other than your race.
For example ACCEPTING a role that's more junior than you'd like and then going into a meeting with a new boss and immediately demanding a list of deliverables in order to get a Senior position. The manager quite rightly said 'slow down', obviously because they haven't even seen whether you can deliver at all, never mind whether you have the temperment for a leadership role. Nobody in their right mind would commit to a list in that scenario. You somehow made that interaction about your race?
There's no doubt issues of discrimination in workplaces - but it's nothing like what DEI people like you want to claim, in my industry it's directed mainly at people of south Asian backgrounds and is furthered by people of *all* backgrounds. However we ALL have to deal with difficult colleagues, managers and leaders. We need to navigate that and figure out how to get our point across without alienating everyone else and being some kind of "activist" at work is not how you do that.

Homosexuality is not an identity it's a behaviour. An unproductive one at that. I would know having been part of the "gay community".
