The reason why it was actually too liquidy is because you mixed it up for too long, you just gotta mix it for like 7 seconds to make sure that the mixer doesn't crush the ingredients too much. That's why if you notice in fast foods, to make a juice out of raw ingredients the mixer will take longer, but for milkshakes it's really quick.
