Pros: you get a ton of extra upgrades and custom/designer touches, usually at a discounted price - compared to paying retail for the base plan plus all upgrades. Cons: models are built SUPER fast, and the warranty is prorated. So if you’re buying a 2 year old model, you don’t get the 1 and 2 year warranties on workmanship, materials, and major mechanicals, and you only get whatever is left on the structural warranty. The home has seen heavy traffic, but not necessarily heavy use. Good topic for a future video!
@@noeeortiz9073 this floor plan starts at $478k, and the current quick-move in homes with the same floor plan are ranging from 478-500k with all upgrades included.
Game room and sliding back door was something to behold.
@@kurthealy9508 right?? It’s crazy to find doors like that at a lower price point 🤯
Thanks. What do you think of buying a model home? pros and cons?
