I have a 1947 King 2B Silvertone I purchased from an instrument repair man back in the early '90's that he restored. It has a sterling silver bell with the ingraving on it like yours. A couple of years later, I bought a 1951 "Liberty" 2B with a yellow brass bell from the same guy that had also been restored. I like them both and agree that the silver bell horn has a "darker", more mellow sound as the bell is thicker metal overall, being essentially brass bell with a silver coat. They both play nicely and have their own attributes. Thanks for the video.
