I play Ahri for a long time and I 'm torn between cd boots and lost chapter. Are the cd boots just better in nowadays? What should I buy when I dont have enough money? More ap or more mana? How about boots and dark seal? Thanks!
I'm not the best player ever, but the idea is you get CD boots to trade/skirmish more effectively with your W. MS = better spacing = safer early game. Against a low mobility matchup i'm sure lost chapter is still fine.

Say what you will about Ahri being OP at least the champ takes some lvl of skill to play as if you don’t hit your que and your in a 1 v 1 your basically useless, where as a champ like urgot takes no skill.
