    So now you need to build your house and pool,,😊

  • @LeeHill66

    You should render the wall on outside. Those Ph blocks will deteriorate with the weather.

      @@LeeHill66 I agree a poorly made block will not last long. The key is to buying quality blocks that contain the right amount of cement, sand and gravel. Lots of un-rendered buildings where we live that have been standing for years. Thanks for watching

    You need to put the house near the water pump so you have better access and availability to the water without long waterlines,, if you need an architect, drop me a note my brother-in-law‘s an excellent architect. He built several dozen houses, including ours just for your information so it is good to have somebody knowledgeable in building take care and enjoy the Philippines..

      @@FEgoestoPI I lived in Bohol but not in Panglao. I recently visited Panglao and thought of buying a property there but after the survey, its mostly rocky so I was not sure how hard the rocks are and how costly will it be to dig on all those rocks. Did you get an Engineer to survey first to make sure that you can actually dig on it?

    Hi! Love the video, what is your property size? Looks like 15m wide and 40-50m lenght? around 600sqm? Just a wild guess.

    • @FEgoestoPI
      @FEgoestoPI  29 дней назад +1

      Good guess. It is 560 meters. It's like 16 meters wide and 48 meters long (I don't have the plans in front of me as I am in Cebu) Not a perfect rectangle as the rear is not as wide as the front. Thanks for watching. More build videos coming soon.
