I love and respect Michael so much. He's really got a ton of weight on his shoulders with God leaving and not telling him where he went, when he would come back or even if he was coming back. He had to feel the pain of not just losing his brother, but being forced into the position of the one to betray him. Dean might call him a dick, but everything he does he's just trying to do the right thing dammit.
I wish they brought Michael back. I mean when Lucifer said that he went nuts in the cage I kinda of thought that was bullshit, but when God says the same thing meaning its for sure, it makes me think that its a half ass excuse. I mean when the Darkness got free both Michael and Lucifer sent a warning through both heaven and hell plus we barely got to see Michael do anything and he's suppose to be the most powerful angel. Around the halfway point of season 11 I had a theory that both of them would get out of the cage and both Sam and Deal would say yes and fight the darkness together but with Sam and Dean in control with a hand of God between them backing them up. I mean even if they lose it would be cool to watch and I feel like they brought up the hands of God only to forget about them.

I never saw Michael as Evil he was just a really loyal son who had a lot on shoulders.
