Congratulations on all of your dedication and success! I didn’t know an Ironman was possible with our small stomachs. I’m two years post sleeve with some more to go. Have trained for first tri for past six months. How do you keep your calories in check? I was way overtraining doing double session five days a week and started overeating or at least as much as my little stomach would allow just to keep up with the training and gained 15lbs. Now I’ve restarted my training but keeping to one session per most days and keeping the intensity lower so I can stay in zone 2 to burn the excess fat and build my base without injury. I guess it’s all a journey.
