- Daytona is one of my favorite events of the year, racing or not. When you are racing, you're completely focused on the job at hand and doing it to the best of your ability. This weekend, however, provided me the opportunity to play some golf, spend a little time with family and friends, and roam the pits with no real agenda. It was a really fun for me, and I hope you guys enjoy the behind the scenes look at what went down before and during the 10th Round of Monster Energy Supercross!

Hey Adam, your golf swing (at 10:23) is close but a few tips on mechanics for smoother transition and more power: 1. roll the grip 90deg/ie..hinge wrist to top and then unroll wrist/grip through strike, this is for increased head speed. 2. your weight (approx 80%) should be on the heels (you should be able to waggle your toes freely at address), this occurs through most of stroke; last part of stroke weight transfers to outside of leading foot which you will learn if you see a pro for instruction and take in some video too. 3. grip should be locked in with overlap that is evidenced by index and thumb squeezing the top and bottom of the grip; you will know the grip strength is correct when the outer forearm muscles are bulging, try pinching your thumb and index without club and you will immediately feel the forearms.
These are the hardest part of a good swing and a PGA cert pro can get you there quickly. 1 lesson hopefully. Once you feel the change in dynamics, you'll see straightness, distance and control of ball spin etc.
