Rib- Silver tinsel
Body- Spartan wool Black
Wing- Black Marabou with added chartreuse micro flash
Head a band of glo bright floss no 12 (Green)

I can tell you that it works on steelhead here in Ontario, smallmouth bass will grab it also.
