  • Detailed instructions for the Alaskabou salmon fly. Tie them in various colours and sizes for the species you're targeting.     Thread: 10/0 veevus
    Body: Flat tinsel
    Prop: Sybai SLF
    Hackles: Marabou
    Flash: Sybai Sparkle Hair

    Brilliant Martyn! Color combination looks very nice and I particularly like colors of the flash. No self-respecting fish would let this one slip by!!😄😄. Thank you.......

    Really nice tie! Looks like it will have great pulsing action in the current. I like the dubbing technique to prop up the marabou so it's less likely to collapse. Sure is a slick looking pattern. Thanks for sharing.
