@@hughjanus4342it doesn’t show porn it’s just shows that adults would probably like to watch
to those who don’t get this- basically after cartoon network, there would be a channel called adult swim which wasn’t suitable for children, so to get children to stop watching they would make adverts that would scare or make the children feel uneasy without them being scary ,much like the tiktoks here. this tiktok trend is just about making those same adult swim adverts on tiktok trying to replicate the vibes it gives. i hope this helped!
edit: i just learned that when some of them say “or don’t, we don’t care” this was because children would keep watching and stopped getting scared away
I like how it explained the godamn trend because I had no clue
I don’t get it?

Adult Swim showed me so many amazing artists and really opened my mind, the feelings were surreal with ever bump. I don't know if anything like this will ever come along again, but I hope it stays to accompany me for as long as I'm around at the very least.
8:09 ok this is the coolest one
nah its the grass one, the press buttons one, and the cardboard one

10:01 is funny tho
Some of these have a positive msg & are cool (golf / button ones) other were flat out negative or low effort
I think this remains to be one of the best trends on tiktok. I wish I could see more people do this.
is anyone gonna talk about 2:10
it's literally perfect
It even fits the song lyrics perfectly.
Because edgyness. It is supposed to be motivational quotes or just jokes

Half these kids don’t get the vibes of adult swim but the other half captured them perfectly. Weird but cool.
3:11 i love that hidden logo next to the obvious one.
Same
Which one?
Yo... I DIDN'T NOTICE, THAT'S SO COOL!! ✨
It's crazy that as a 13 year old , i remembered watching Adult Swim literally at 5-6 years old . I used to watch it until my parents were asleep . Alot of us kids literally remember these . Its like only us kids be watching Adult Swim and not our parents . This was my childhood tho 😭😭❤ !!
@@AlsoNotimportant Tbh , I was also terrified of adult swim as well but I had got used to it . The bumps used to scare me the most , along with Robot Chicken .
I watched it with my grandpa since I was 4 and it will always have a place in my heart 💓
and I also when I wasn’t with him I would wait till my parents were sleeping
what would be so bad about it tho
@@michaellaroussos8741 it’s inappropriate and has cussing it’s not for kids at all
This is actually one of my favorite trends. Creative, nostalgic, chill, and no one gets hurt.
This was the only tiktok trend I really loved, it made me soo nostalgic. I remember staying up as a kid and watching the transition from cartoon network to adult swim and watching the cooler, weird shows
(7:35)
“Mom, pick a number between one and four.”
“Three.”
*silence*
If you read it again then you’ll notice it say all s3x manics pick 3 not your a s3x manic if you pick three

The golf one was pretty good as well, it’s pretty difficult to putt that well
By far my favorite for how perfect it would fit right in with the official bumpers
0:44 hits different and I love it.
THE LAWN ONE WAS SO GOOD I CANT EVEN EXPLAIN IT
5:08 uuuuuh...?
Yeah we don't know what the point of this one was, sorry.
This isn't even the trend I mean it's a good message but not creative at all, it also feels like they're saying only women can be raped
@@justsomeguywholikeswater3566 I wouldn’t say it saying only women get raped. It is out of place though
the transition to [as] isn't even good, just some random person writing the logo
@@yeet8963 most of these aren't even similar to actual AS bumpers either. Yeah a couple have messages but most are just some scenery with the AS logo graffitied somewhere hidden. It seems like most of the people making these never actually saw a adult swim bumper.
We need to keep this trend alive.
0:20 and 9:07 are definitely adult swim bumper worthy idk if as still does bumpers since it has been so long since I last watched it but I definitely believe those 2 would belong there all the others seemed kinda forced
I think the first one is good too!
Indeed

That delivery was just 😙👌👌👌
"hey, looks like we became a trend on TikTok"
"but I wonder if they do as good as us."
"Probably not."
"they haven't watched enough of us to understand"
*[adult swim]*
Isn't AS bumpers, scary? Like they were made to be creepy, Scary or somewhat weird to scare off children that could watch the network? Not trying to be an asshole here, but some of the people that do this trend doesn't actually know what it truly means lmao
What about the last one
It was supposed to be random enough to scare children
I dunno man, most of these would have scared me off anyways. It's late at night and there's a weird commerical playing that's *not* cartoons? I would have been freaked out dude.
...maybe I was just a dumb kid though...
Some of the shit did scare me but I wouldn’t really watch pass 12 because I only watched for American dad and family guy
You know how tiktok is man
just the words [as] or [adult swim] are so nostalgic for me idk why
The level of nostalgia I'm getting from this is incalculable.
Nostalgia is one of the most powerful, non-lethal drugs.
1:05 ThAt WaS pErFectttttttTTtttTTTttTTt
The funniest thing is that I could see all of these as commercials
5:08. Yes, but you could’ve said “If you ever guilt tripped ANYONE…”
Tbh that one was completely unnecessary, same goes for the graduation one (why position the camera there and she could’ve definitely made it look neater), the bathtub bloody one, and the crazy hair cut one the one with the red wig
@@kimjongun5613 what? the bathtub one was perfect
@@ghoste767 yeah I know I spoke to other people and it looks like I was just too lucky not to come across the bumpers that were like that, I just saw the relaxing and weird trippy ones
@@kimjongun5613 tbh i think the creepy ones like the bathtub are the best ones
@@ghoste767 I swear I've seen that bathtub one before, but without the [AS] underneath, I think I just don't like the ones that have it added on at the end in general, because they feel less impressive than the ones that actually do something cool with the logo instead of it tacked on at the end.
Yo I swear the one at 7:48 was a real one back in the day😭😭
that's prob because there was actually a bump that included a swimming pool
Every now and then we get a cool trend from tiktok...
I wouldn't mind if [as] has some of these for there commercials.
5:08 was stupid.
She was just trying to put her message out while barely hopping onto the trend by writing it in the video.
The whole thing just vibes "I don't understand this trend"
I saw it on another compilation, felt the same way
She even pull it in lower case. Wtf

The trend is random and you can do anything with it, I really don’t understand why this one about rape makes people so mad like I think you’re projecting Luv 🙈

Very creative
i just imagine a woman in the 1950s with a marilyn monroe styled haircut, and using hairspray to keep it together. then it zooms out and she's smoking, instead of smoke it's a firey lit [as] signal to you, and all the other viewers.
