GROUND BEEF BULGOGI RECIPE
650g ground beef (you can also use pork)
2 pcs chilis green , red for color, chopped
1/2 large yellow onion (or regular onion), chopped
thumb sized ginger, chopped
6-8 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp cooking oil (add if needed)
2 tbsp roasted sesame oil (divided)
1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
green onions, chopped
coriander, garnish (optional)
3 tbsp regular soy sauce
3 tbsp mirin (check this recipe: )
2.5 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp refined white sugar
steamed rice
* Marinating the beef is just optional. But for more intense flavour, you could do it ahead of time.
