sir, i wish to add that electronic signature is all different with digital signature. digital signature cant be a sub set of electronic signature. esign requires encryption and dsign doesnt. dsign is not at all secure and can be tampered easily but esign not.
You guys should have taught with the amended bare act. Because this act got amended in 2017 but you used the old bare act and some provisions you taught were wrong.
