At the time we published this video - June 2019 the speciality restaurant costs are as follows. A 3 restaurant package for £85. Dining Club £34.95, Surf and Turf £28.95 and Kora La £19.95.

Oh exciting!
We went on ME2 in 2019 for 2 weeks and had the best time. Loved Flutes, Lattitude and our fav The Dining Club (xtra cost but worth it) which ate in 4 times. The staff were fab, friendly and not overbearing. The snack shack and ice -cream stand were a lovely midday snack. Hope to get back on board ME2 in 2024 to Caribbean. Great video.

Have you cruised on the Marella Explorer 2? Where was your favourite place to eat?
Hi , yes we have been on her twice , last May and Feb this year , we love the ship , been on EX1, Dream a few times and also Celebration , we love Marella . Our favourite experience for a “pay” restaurant was the dining club , dinner apart from that was Latitude and Vista , Nona’s as you say is a hidden gem , hopefully we will be back on again , we have booked Caribbean again Feb 21st , fingers crossed

Hi Maureen, We nearly booked it but unfortunately didn't. We decided that we loved the Discovery so are back on 1st November for 2 weeks cruising from Naples through the Suez Canal to Dubai! Shame as it would of been lovely to see you!

And do you have to pre book for these meals like the charged restaurants?? Also the night time bars Apertif etc, with entertainment, do they provide free drinks in the standard package aswell as the upgraded options? Thank you again, fingers crossed me and mom will be going this May! ❤

Hi Paul and Carole me and my wife Shirley have book cruise on the 6th Dec 2020. looks a great ship we been on the Celebration, Dream, Discovery and Island Escape
It is a great ship, we really enjoyed our time on board. You have nearly done all of the Marella fleet! Sad that the Celebration won't be cruising any more. Hoping that by December we will all be cruising again! Thanks so much for watching.

We didn't sample the speciality dining so couldn't comment. All our dining experiences were included in our fare 😀

What were the prices of the specialty restaurants? Or do you pay a fee and dine their when ever you want, eating whatever you want?
You pay per meal, they cost between £18.95 to 29.95 you can by a package for all 3 too.
We going on our honeymoon on 3rd October around Spain for 14 days. We purchased the premium all inclusive package and was wondering what that covers as regarding eating and restaurants.
It covers all the restaurants too. Have a fabulous time!

Yes as long as you pick off the all inclusive menu and not the specific cocktails in that restaurant which you would have to pay extra!
You missed the dining club , Best payable restaurant on board and also Vista ?
Definitely spoilt for choice!
Do you feel the all inclusive premium is value for money?
Depends what you like to drink. We were happy on the standard, but if you like top shelf Gins etc then worth upgrading. You can up grade on board so see what you think the first day then decide.

Yes Marella are part of the TUI group.
