San Bernardino mother using her son's overdose death to raise awareness about fentanyl

Victor Aguilar was just 20-years-old when he died from a fentanyl overdose. Now, more than a year later, his mother is using their tragedy to try and make sure no other mother will have to feel the way she does in the wake of his death.
