    Thank you for the tutorial! How would I make each video display at a certain second, for example the leftmost video appears first, then the middle, then the rightmost?

    • @wizcats5035
      @wizcats5035 Год назад +2

      I think you would just have the leftmost video play first in the timeline, then move the middle one a bit further in the timeline. Same with the rightmost you would just move the clip start time a bit further away from the middle one.

      To clarify, I'd like to do the same effect you did in the beginning, single tile at a time, but as a transition yo the next scene. So all 3 tiles would create one clip as my next scene

    I just downloaded DaVinci with the intent to do exactly this.
    My son got T-boned and his dash camera hadn't recorded ANYTHING that day, so it was no help. The other driver claimed to have had a yellow light, and my son said he had a green light and thought he had a green turn arrow. Well, the wrote him a ticket. We also know, without evidence, that insurance will find him "at fault" because he was turning left.
    We went out, a week later (same time period that the accident took place), and recorded the lights from both directions. I then took the videos, clipped them so that they both start at the exact same time (we both used iPads running TimeStamp Camera basic), and then followed these instructions.
    THANK YOU for making this video, it made it very easy to add both videos, side by side, and output a single video file, which we can then share with the insurance company and court, proving that he didn't make a mistake and isn't at fault.

    This doesn't suit my needs perfectly, I want to switch from 4 tiles collage to 9, 16 etc in a fast pace, and you have to copy and paste the Video Collage node to every video tracks? so I need as many video clips as I need, this doesn't sound really like the best way

    I like what you have done Molin. Wanted to donate for the template for the split screen but haven't seen any indication where to confirm its existance on your Ko-Fi page. Pls let me know when I can donate and download it.
    One other thing, can you explain how to slant the three vertical images into diagonals. Sub'd and thx

    • @MolinGuides
      @MolinGuides  Год назад

      Thanks but unfortunately I dont have split screen templete.
      To make your split screen to diagonals you need to set Columns to "1" and Rows to "3" if your having 3 video files.

    interesting but way too short , not usable for beginners. If you'd make the video longer (approx. 8 mins), explaining a bit more, while showing more options, you'd easily have way more views. Thanks anyway, great quality video, but just not usable for beginners.
