Their hard work is undeniable. The way they're worrying about army really make me sobbing, they really show toughness over the softness. And their relationship with their staff really a great bond. I will never forget that day. I was just a girl who was enjoying the group's songs, I didn't even know what it was to be an army, I had even moved away from fandom. But then, on that day. My heart aches to see that live post awards. The anguish in my chest was painful. I couldn't see them like that. That's when I realized it was an Army. Because their pain was my pain. I will never let go of your hands, bangtan.
I can clearly remember I had so many emotions running in my mind back then,but most of them were for the boys. All I wanted was them to know that they deserve the whole world, deserve much more than a Grammy award.

I wasn’t a fan of them during this time, but I did watch the Grammy for a different artist. However, when they announced their category I was so upset they didn’t win because I heard their song Dynamite everywhere and it will did break records. Regardless, I ended up being an army because of this moment. I’m so proud of the boys and will support them always!! 💜

After watching the Behind the Scenes, I feel even more devastated for them. They were so excited for the Grammys. Jungkook at 9:25 even said that he couldn’t sleep because something historical could happen. The Grammys stole their award. They totally deserved it. Just look at all their hard work and patience they had while filming the performance. I bet none of the other artists that performed had put as much thought or energy as they did. They definitely, 100% deserved that award.
They were so worried that ARMY would be feeling bad after the announcement and ARMY were worried about BTS being upset that they didn't win!! BTS and ARMY really are a family! I am so thankful to finally see this Behind the Scenes episode. This Grammy performance is what made me begin my journey as an Army member. Better late than never. I've now caught up with so much of their material since 2013 and I am absolutely hooked on these 7 sweet souls. Proud 39 year old Army from S. Louisiana.
Welcome. Im 50yo from SEA and just became an army for a year. The first 6 months got me hooked to all-BTS content everyday. It felt like a race against time coz I wanted to know everything abt them fast. Now finished almost all the content, I'm in the mode of repeating them. Like a cycle, but I'm happy.

I dont believe in grammy’s judging. That year they used bts for high viewership because they know army worldwide will watch the show...for me they are the real winners and for sure not only army agree with me.

It's sad seeing Grammy's couldn't appreciate or recognise this talent. Bts have always worked hard ,gave in their everything and put up amazing performances, put out amazing songs, dances and much more. They're more than just idols. I feel so proud watching them do such spectacular things, and also them staying positive even when things don't go well is just inspiring to watch. I love them so much and I'm so proud of them and liking BTS was the best decision I ever made!

Like Namjoon said we did it, the award doesn't matter because their goal was to perform in the Grammys and that was achieved, they made and paved their own path that will keep their name engraved on it forever, their performance was the most amazing and luxurious they deserved it
I couldn't agree more! Even also the fact, this time they got an opportunity to perform as solo artist; means only as Korean artist alone on stage. It was a big deal for them in itself. No estuve en el tiempo en el que estuvieron nominados a los Grammy, pero cuando me enteré del hate innecesario que recibieron tanto BTS como el fandom me entristeció mucho y me dió mucha impotencia pero ya era demasiado tarde cuando me enteré. Ahora veo este video y aunque me parte el alma ver a Jin preparando su reacción como si ganaran el premio, está de más volver a entristecerme. Ellos son geniales, desde su debut se han esforzado y han hecho un gran trabajo, no sólo en el 2020 y 2021, claro, se merecen el reconocimiento y ARMY lucha por dárselo. Estoy muy orgullosa de seguir personas tan puras que creo fuertemente que un premio no define el esfuerzo del gran trabajo que hacen. También estoy orgullosa de que están construyendo su propio camino, sin ensuciar ni pisar a nadie. Fue un logro más el haber sido nominados y como dijo Nam; vendrán más oportunidades. BTS y ARMY juntos son imparables, ni una persona ni un premio definen el trabajo en conjunto que hacemos.

Sinceramente es una de las pocas veces en dónde artistas suelen mostrarse ante un "fracaso". No tuvieron miedo y se mostraron ante ARMY y el público. Por otro lado, haciendo incapié ante la palabra "fracaso"... todo el mundo sabía que ellos lo merecían, ellos no perdieron pues cumplían con las reglas pero aquellos (quienes decidían), se dejaron llevar por sus emociones que por la razón. Regardless of whether they haven't won the category, they are the only Korean act to have a performance and nomination at the Grammy Awards, and that's already a great achievement. As they told me in my school "Go slowly but surely", you had a presentation in collaboration, solo and a nomination, for the next it will be another solo presentation, nomination or nominations and the awards. 100%truefact: taetae is the perfect example of perfectionism. His deep heavenly voice is just unbeatable. I still can't get over from his soulful voice in run bts episodes 153. I'm literally gonna beat the sh*t out of grammys because they played some dirty trick again,our precious boyz clearly won. They'll always be no#1 in our hearts.
It didn't truly hit me until they were sat down waiting to hear the results. Whoever posted that video of them back when the event happened, I remember breaking down. And this time around, I broke down again. But this entire experience just made BTS and Army stronger than ever. We'll continue to fight and work hard. Watching this just shows how humble and respectful our guys truly are.
This breaks my heart once again. Even though they didn't win, it was a big deal to be there, be nominated and performed. BTS is an awesome band. I'm sure they'll win next time. However, an award does not define how touching their lyrics are, how beautifully they sing and rap, how amazingly they dance. Even more, it does not show the love they spread around the world. Thank you for having a normal reaction! People are acting like them losing the Grammy was some sort of hate crime and that it was the biggest insult in the world. You win some you lose some. There were a hundred people who also lost a Grammy that night, not just BTS. If anything we should be sneakily happy because it still gives them something to strive for. Aside from a Grammy they have literally already hit every major award and milestone that an artist can possibly hope for
a few members had disappointment on their face, but at the same time they were all smiles and ok with the win. These gentlemen have been so positive about the Grammy this year. After watching the Behind the Scenes, I feel even more devastated for them. They were so excited for the Grammys. Jungkook at 9:25 even said that he couldn’t sleep because something historical could happen. The Grammys stole their award. They totally deserved it. Llevo 5 meses en el fandom. No estuve en el tiempo en el que estuvieron nominados a los Grammy, pero cuando me enteré del hate innecesario que recibieron tanto BTS como el fandom me entristeció mucho y me dió mucha impotencia pero ya era demasiado tarde cuando me enteré. Ahora veo este video y aunque me parte el alma ver a Jin preparando su reacción como si ganaran el premio, está de más volver a entristecerme. Ellos son geniales, desde su debut se han esforzado y han hecho un gran trabajo, no sólo en el 2020 y 2021, claro, se merecen el reconocimiento y ARMY lucha por dárselo. Estoy muy orgullosa de seguir personas tan puras que creo fuertemente que un premio no define el esfuerzo del gran trabajo que hacen. También estoy orgullosa de que están construyendo su propio camino, sin ensuciar ni pisar a nadie. Fue un logro más el haber sido nominados y como dijo Nam; vendrán más oportunidades. And this time around, I broke down again. But this entire experience just made BTS and Army stronger than ever. We'll continue to fight and work hard. I'm still so incredibly thankful that they share moments like this with us. They set such an amazing example that these "failures" are just a normal part of life, and shouldn't be shameful. I know they will get a Grammy one day, and I can't wait to see it when it happens 💜

Thank you for having a normal reaction! People are acting like them losing the Grammy was some sort of hate crime and that it was the biggest insult in the world. You win some you lose some. There were a hundred people who also lost a Grammy that night, not just BTS. If anything we should be sneakily happy because it still gives them something to strive for. Aside from a Grammy they have literally already hit every major award and milestone that an artist can possibly hope for

a few members had disappointment on their face, but at the same time they were all smiles and ok with the win. These gentlemen have been so positive about the Grammy this year.
