This dude used to have his own doco show on UK TV that I watched over 20 years ago… Calls in the middle of a winter night, below zero conditions, to rescue any living being… this dude is a true hero… he’ll go through hell for any animal…
@@wildlifeaid what a lovely man, talking to this fox, doing all he can to help release him so very gently, and safely. Training the young lad, so he can continue this very important, valuable job. Blessings Love Light to All at Wildlife Aid, for showing the very best of Humanity. 🙏🙏🙏❤💜❤💫✨⭐
He also would have noticed that as he was being handled by human hands, the gentleness was palpable. Touching animals gently while talking gently makes an impression.
They definitely know when they're being helped, that fox was large enough to cause real problems if it had gone crazy throughout the rescue. Well done lads! 🙂💚💚
It takes some time for them to realize they get help, get comfortable with the handling, but then they slow down. Ounce saw 4 men wrestling with a deer being on the wrong side of the high way fence. I hope it ended well some way or the other.
Lawrie's ever the photographer lol, scruffing a fox but also holding onto a go pro at the right angle and being willing to be used as a balance for the grasper pole too 😂 So glad this little guy was still feisty/bitey and could be released right away. Sure got himself into a tangle.
Every single intro credit for Lawrie is absolute gold. Besides the animal being rescued and hearing Simon say “alright foxy-dox”, it’s the highlight of the episode for me.
You just don't see much good in our world anymore. This rescue of the fox was wonderful. I have four rescue cats and 2 more coming. One was a kitten that i heard meowing non stop in the middle of the road in front of my home. I meowed and it came running up my drive, onto the porch and into the house. She is the most loving of them all. They live indoors with me. They have climbing towers, pet beds, toys and get the best all natural foods. Two of them sleep at the end of my bed. At 68 now, they are my family.
Simon and Lawrie are definitely the best at what they do. Remaining calm, talking softly, and just getting the job done. So happy this fox wasn't badly hurt and could return to the wild right away. Thank you WAF for everything you do. You are amazing.
Another 'Garden wire' vs. 'Foxxy'. Would have ended miserably had it not been for the true uncontested and undefeated winner...WILDLIFE AID! Well done mates!
Thank you for all that you do! Because of your videos, I've been quite careful putting together my vegetable garden with materials that won't trap local animals (although hopefully the squirrels won't take all my tomatoes this year!)
You two are AWESOME! I have so much respect for you all and your experience in handling the beautiful fox🦊. I had three babies playing close to my yard while my neighbor and I were talking. I had my hoe, because I was doing some weeding in my flower garden at the edge of my driveway. Where there are babies the mother can't be far. So after watching them play for a while we decided to leave just in case the mother show up. I had the feeling that she was watching all along. 🦊🦊🦊🌟
Thank you, Simon and team, for taking care of the animals who aren't pets... Foxes are smart but sometimes they get trapped like this one here. Like you said - this washing line can cause some serious damage. Luckily this fox wasn't trapped heavily.
Warms my heart to hear how Simon speaks so calmly to help the animals. Every rescue is treated with such care. Absolutely a blessing to see how much love each of you have. Such precious angels. Definitely special people ❤❤❤❤
Could you be so kind and show the explaining texts/subtitles a bit longer!? That makes it easier for your international audience to capture - thanks in advance! 🤗😉
I love that he was ready to go with out much inconvenience, AND i made my comment on the commonplace site, so its creeping up. I'm keeping my fingers crossed :D
Thank you Simon to release the poor fox 🦊 as you say maybe he have family to feed them.as we have family to feed them. Thank you very much. We love you from Bahrain ❤❤❤
It was fascinating watching you work to free that beautiful creature with such compassion...thank you kindly for that. What a better people we would be if we all had that attitude. The Bible says "A righteous man is kind to his beasts."
So nice to see you help the poor animal. I think that the information on the movie that comes up is intressting and inportan to us who watches. It makes us understand your team better and not get caugt up on like the ”furr loss”. It helps and thanks for all your teams hard work❤

What a rewarding job that must be
I love foxes. I have local foxes, they have been raised in the area, and so were their parents. I feed them several times per week.
Спасибо большое вам 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

The name escapes me but his voice is instantly recognizable. Glad he's still OK.
Your other subscribers remind me his name is Simon. Delighted. Thanks!
Was on Dutch TV too. It's a long time ago, but I still admire this man. Simon, what a wonderful things you did and do for wildlife 🙏 ❤
Poor little fox the eyes said it all “help”! Great job.
Thank you! We're glad we could help him!
That poor foxes face showed how scared it was, thanks for the rescue you are a decent person.

Prayers to Simon. Great job on rescuing the fox
That was well mind, but poor Stress for the Animal. A Bit of sedativum wood have eased the procedure for both parties. Tip from a vet.
@@joachimhofler1497You are maybe right, but wildlife has no owner to pay for that.
So glad you talk to them gently, some ppl don't. I think the tone/energy helps, poor babies are so scared of us. Thank you for all your work.
Definitely. Talking softly with low energy is essential.
Thanks so much :)
He also would have noticed that as he was being handled by human hands, the gentleness was palpable. Touching animals gently while talking gently makes an impression.
I agree. I see so many that don't talk. There's a lot to be said for a reassuring tone and a gentle touch. I'm sure the animals understand too.
Seriously! That bloke's voice was calming.
Bless you for all your kindness 🙏
Thank you so much!

Definitely so! Thanks so much for the support!
Thank you! Great rescue!
more likely it was too exhausted to fight

That's anthropomorphism. The fox had no idea it was being helped.

Thankyou for saving whats left of Englands GBUK wildlife most areas in eng have lost over 90pc of their wildlife Shame
Thank you so much. We will do what we can to give them a second chance :)

Dear Simon. Have watched your work with Wildlife for many years. Thank you
THANK YOU for helping animals 😍
Brilliant job and so good that people find this and report it all in good time.
Simon is so calm and kind. A wonderful man from a great organisation.
Dangerous. Caring. Well thought out. Great job done. Fox and rescuers so calm. Wonderful cooperation between the team. Fox gets to live another day.
Glad to see the fox was rescued quickly. From the livestream I thought the wire rope was a much bigger challenge than it actually was.
Amazing people ... just amazing .... very inspiring.
Thanks so much!
Thank you so much for what you are doing everyday! We, all the Foxes and Sparrowhawks in the UK, absolutely appreciate your work!
Thank you both for saving this wonderful fox you both have HARTS OF GOLD 💖🐈💖🏴
Just like that - another life has been saved!❤
Simon and Lawrie, you two are working so well together. 🥰 It looks like even the fox knows that he’s in good hands. 😊
Aww, the poor boy certainly got himself into quite the tangle 💜
Great work, as always, from Simon and Lawrie 😀xXx

and if you have a pond make sure anything can climb out, I have put a little bridge in mine.

Good to see Simon out and about! 🐐

I am sure the fox thinks he has managed to outfox Simon out of the grasper.
Oh definitely!

Lovely job, very kind and compassionate people! Bless you
Another wonderful rescue, well done chaps!
One request, could you please add 50% to the time the Did You Know captions stay on screen? Thanks 😊
Yes, please. I always have to pause the video to read them.
