I completed the game and there was an extra step not seen in your video. Mr Owl says check your suitcase, and there is a note from him asking to meet him at the lake. I took the train to the lake but unable to find him so far.

For each of the green numbers shown, you have to 'construct' these digital numbers with the symbols. example: the number seven is created by combining the top left and top middle lines. You have to connect these en do this for each number.
