May sound weird but if you take rosemary preferably fresh put it in castor or olive oil for a day or two then place oil on the sprained area, May heal expeditiously
Also pomegranate helps great for the pain, takes away my arthritis pain and helped an 80 yr old woman’s pain with a broken jaw better than the pills doctors gave her
