- This house was built in the early 1970’s on a very secluded 20 acre lot, the 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home had a fire in the basement around 2013 and has sat abandoned ever since.
This was a really great adventure! The fall colors are absolutely beautiful and the clown pictures in the pool house were creepy indeed. Safety is important in an isolated area so I’m glad you took a friend . Thank you for taking us along.😊
The clowns in the pool house were an unexpected treat…yikes. That house was neat and the setting with all of that foliage was beautiful. Must have once been so quiet and peaceful. Lots of living space with the big rooms on the lower level. Would like to see a picture of it back in its day. Such a shame about the fire. Wonder if it occurred before or after it was abandoned. Quite an adventure reaching the pool…not only the sticker bushes but I did glimpse a wee bit of poison ivy near the steps. Thanks Ethan for the fun exploration! Keep safe.
That was a gorgeous property. The trees were amazing with all of the different colors. You and Terry went through a lot to show us this beautiful place. Thank you Terry for sharing this beautiful place with us and Ethan. Thank you Ethan for all that you do to show us such wonderful places. I always look forward to seeing more of your videos. Stay safe and thanks again.💙💙💙💙
Some time I feel better about Ethan being in one of these house with someone else, and not by himself, I’m sure he feels less creeped out 😄😄😄
The Fall leaves are just beautiful. All the yellows & oranges. The end was like a walk thru the wild woods. The pool water was a lovely shade of green. Slimy green like the 90’s Ecto Cooler kids juice from the Ghostbusters movie. Loved the sculptured carpeting and the basement bar was cool. What is up with creepy clown pictures in that room. John Wayne Gacy vibes. YIKES! Nice find Ethan. Thank🌻You.
Great way to spend a lazy afternoon watching your RUclips channel. 👍🏻
Awesome house. I can't believe how much stuff was in there.
You guys are so funny. You both freak each other out. That was sad. Fire and smoke damage. Almost impossible getting the smoke out of really everything. I bet it was a beauty back in the day. Thank you Ethan. Stay safe and blessings. Love your channel. 🙂
The carpet was called “ Plush Carpet “. That’s why it’s so thick and squishy. Beautiful trees. What an adventure…… stickers that attack….. lol. Why? Why would anyone build a pool that is like sunken . All the water when it rains would drain into the pool off of the hills around it! Dirt and all!! Oh well, to each his own. Thanks for sharing Ethan. Good video.
You worked exceptionally hard for this one. Thanks!
Thank you so much 😊 for sharing your adventures!
That was a really great reto, loved the master bedroom and the bar room. Cool seeing the vintage wall coverings and carpet, takes me back to the '70s 😃 , but the Clowns😬 Nope! The pool was huge, the property was so beautiful with the Fall colors, amazing views from the windows! Man it looks like you were going to need to try to get that old mower started to put all your way through the brush to get back out of there! Cool explore! Thanks 👍✌️
Hey Ethan thank you for your time time and sacrifice showing these forgotten places. 😄
Hey Ethan...stunning location with all the colours ...Nice house ,terrifying clown pictures 😱...hope your new sweater and pants survived all the thorns ...awful to think of there being a fire ,hope no one got hurt ..stay safe and well 🇬🇧🙏😘
That is such a beautiful piece of property I'm surprised it hadn't been bulldozed and another house built. 3 words...steel toe boots.
Absolutely gorgeous views love all the colors
Thank you for everything you do. I do appreciate it.🌻😊
You and Terry should always explore together. It's safer, and it's better to hear the conversation with one another!!
I love that you showed the pool! I hate that you got tangled in those thorns!!! Yikes!
great video Ethan, hope you guys made it through the briars without getting hurt to bad! lol.....loving the longer video's!
Such a beautiful property You guys need to look up prices of thing's from the 50s through the 80s.My husband bought a brand new Jeep CJ7 in 1987,for Five thousand dollars The payments were 180,00 dollars a month Coffee was 89cents a pound and conned food was 10cents a can mostly, but wages was a dollar or a dollar and 50cents an hour.Coal miners got better pay but nothing compared to today.😁👍❤️🇺🇸
This video was a absolute banger keep up the good work much love and respect to you
Hey Ethan, awesome find. Thanks for enduring all the bramble bushes to show us everything!
OMG Dud I thought for sure you were going to fall in the pool. My heart was in my throat the whole time you were going around it. Love the video. Keep them coming 🙂
Always a good time on your explores. Thank you 😊
I bet this place was spectacular when it was in good shape. It was a shame to see all the fire damage. At one time the clown pictures in the pool house were something that people actually liked. There was an artist that did different clown depictions and they were sought after. Clowns weren’t always creepy! Lol! Today’s society is kind of made them that way. Glad to see you didn’t fall in to the pool. I really liked this explore. Take care!
Blame Pennywise, Art the Clown, etc.
Thanks, for the great Fall tour!!.. What a great location..Sorry you took such a beating!!.. Stay safe..
Too bad it sustained so much damage. Interesting, nice looking place. You have a very nice personality for this type of video.
I hate clowns & pricky bushes. 🤡😣 The house have a weird retro layout. Great explore. Love the colorful fall trees. ❤🏠🏚🌳🍃🍂🍁😀👍🧡💛💚
Great video keep them coming
Wonder what was up with all those boxes. Also interesting was the fact that the pool raft still had air in it. They usually don’t hold air for very long. Glad you didn’t fall in that nasty pool water.
I am thinking the same as you there is no way that pool raft 😮still has air in it for this long!
Just like I e the balloons tied to the bannister in one of the houses a year or two ago. Several were deflated but three or four looked just inflated
Ditto on the pool float, thought that was super strange!
Beautiful property. Great explore.
Interesting house . I'm sure it was quite a nice home once. Beautiful property. Thanks for sharing Ethan and Terry
Thank you Ethan for another great adventure!
We don’t have fall weather here in SoCal so it’s always fun to see the gorgeous trees! Thank you 🍁🍂🍁
What's up Ethan?!! Great explore and great comedy. I think you two should explore more together..never laughed so much with your videos. Tfs!!
Ugh, I'm always bothered by buildings that have had a fire inside. One of my childhood fears. But house was interesting. They eft a lot of trash behind.
Your trees this time of year are absolutely gorgeous
Great video Ethan, enjoyed it..
Another good one Ethan keep them coming thanks for shearing ❤❤❤ stay safe love ya
Did you do any research to find out about the fire? Was anyone hurt etc. Definitely looks like early 60s built. With lots of perks.
As a country raised girl always carry a big stick when fighting giant weeds it helps
Apparently, that family loved the clowns..the one in the pool house, creepy 😳
Another cool adventure, Ethan! You're such an awesome guy. Keep safe out there. Love ya!
Love your videos thankyou for shairing
How do you manage to make every video soooooo so perfect???? In the middle of fall and its just perfect like a kitty cat!!!😁😁😁🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
So good! Glad y'all made it through the rose bushes!!
The thorns are wild raspberry vines. Delicious fruit, killer thorns!
Great job keep up the great work.
Looks like a cool place before the fire it is my kind of neighborhood 😎 cool video
I thoroughly enjoyed this collab with Terry (sp?). I sincerely hope I get to see you two explore another one together. It was a highly entertaining adventure!
Love your videos Ethan.
Hi Ethan 👋 I love watching all of your videos ❤️ Thank you for sharing this video with us 😃 What another great video too Ethan 👍Have a wonderful day too 😎
Definitely a chimney fire either started on the wood stove in the basement or the fireplace in the living room but definitely a chimney fire
Wow, that place is in a great location! I'd love being surrounded by that much nature. I bet it was a really nice place before it was ravaged by fire. Thanks for going through all you did to get to the pool. I'm with you - clowns terrify me, more so than spiders. I'll never understand wanting pictures or figurines of them in a home lol.
There's nothing like the autumn/fall foliage/leaves 🥰 I always get so mad whenever I see a pool that's just left to waste, whether it's at someone's home, or somewhere left to rot. I would love to have a home with a pool 🥺
An insurance company most likely owns it now. The “test hole” is usually what fireman make to see if the fire is in the walls and will reignite after they leave.
Guys if you're going to the woods wear jeans instead of sweatpants, lol. The thorns won't penetrate as much
Absolutely Beautiful 😍
Loved this spot! So freaking beautiful! House must have been nice at one time. Thank you Ethan! And a Thank you to your friend! I do not mind clowns. But spiders, nope! 😊
I'm so excited on this video!!!!! Be very careful!! I know you are, but thank god, like I said, I love you being with other people!!!!!!!! 🥰🥰🥰
James came with a awesome content and Ethan comes after that with a banga.
Thats one heck of a miss adventure Ethan!
I think your right about the handles etc...I'd say maybe 60's?
The cedar closet under the stairs in the basement was definitely originally intended as cold storage for fur coats.
Those trees...😍😍😍😍
Beautiful fall foliage, love it
back in the 70's every thing was a whole lot cheaper than it is today
Oh Ethan…. Those beautiful white shoes in the house full of soot!
Awesome thank you 🌻🤗
Great video Ethan. I would like to see the house before the fire. I hate clowns 🤡 and you kept showing them to us! Why do you wear new clothes to an outing like this? You and your friend be careful and stay away from thorns and stickers.
Thx 4 sharing. Strange house. Im with u on the clowns, hideous creatures. Only serial killers like clowns. U guys r brave wandering thru all that garbage & debris to document this place. Well done. Carry on. Much luv.
I enjoyed this one. It’s sad it wasn’t built back. Be safe and watch out for the thorns.
What's Up Ethan 😀 LOVE LOVE WATCHING YOUR VIDEO'S I ALWAYS WATCH THEM AT NIGHT AFTER A LONG HARD DAY, LOVE HOW YOU SAY HOUSE, I AM FROM TEXAS SO LOVE YOUR ACCENT
Really cool explore and house!! That third level down was creepy, thought they had built a fallout shelter 😂. Thanks for sharing!! 💖💖💖💖💖💖
What beautiful property with all the fall colors. Thanks for going through all the prickers to show us the pool and pool house. It must have been gorgeous when it was lived in. I'm with you...who would decorate the walls with clowns; too creepy!
Thank you for enduring the ouch 🤕 of briars for adventure 😂❤️
Fire damage always stinks the house looks like it was cool
Beautiful fall colors and floage. The house looked Awsome! I am sure when the demolish it, they will build some beautiful homes.
What state are you in Ethan? Virginia, Wisconsin? I know it cannot be Aspen Colorado. Can it?
Thank you, for your hard work and time for bring these Amazing videos, Ehan.😇
I love love these creepy burnt homes!!! Sad but their great!!!!!
Creepy house, pretty surroundings. I too am scared of clowns.
I truly feel your pain with the stickers. I was always surrounded by blackberry bushes in Oregon and I even had one vine that was an inch😂thick and rooted on both ends pull me backwards off my horse. It was completely stuck into my upper arm and had to carefully remove it before I could get up. I still have slash scars over 10 years later. Keep a machete in your rig for places like this. It must have been quite the place before the fire. It looks almost like they ran a home business out of it with all those shelves and stuff in the kitchen area.
Thanks for bushwacking out to the pool! They may have been German but that basement was all Canadian. The fireplace, the sauna, the hot tub and oh my that bar! I bet there was a hockey table at one time.
Ethan, thank you for such a nice video.Todaywas supposed to be my real birthday but I had other ideas being born on July 11.As you know time capsule houses are my favorite
It's like walking thru a jungle to get to the pool, house! Extra careful.
I'm wondering if they were moving in and a fire happened because there are so many boxes with stuff in them ????
Pretty sure that is called sculptured carpet
The first one not the blue
If you had a PO box I'd totally send you a machete for Xmas to help w/backwoods nav ✌️💕 _which sounds like a really psychotic gift now that I think about it_ 🤪
I am soooo scared of spiders...yesterday I was chillin on my BED watching you tube, saw something out the corner of my eye, I'm like what's a fly doin in here, turned to look ...AH HELL NO!!!! It was a spider, I died of a heart attack rite there and then.... now I'm scared of my bed😵😓😫🕸🕷
This house look like it been abandoned for a long time
Hope you get the forgotten light back.
The woodwork in the basement looks very antique. Like mohogany. Did you happen to notice??? maybe im wrong but, it seems as though the house is alot older then yu mentioned.
Me too clowns freak me out , thanks for sharing. 6Os house I think. ☮️
It struck me as a sixties house, also. Interesting home, with such huge windows, but why not, with such wonderful views.we used to call those rooms that were finished in the basement, not bar rooms , but rec rooms. Rec ,for recreation- thats where they sent us kids to play! I remember that thick , soft carpet of the sixties, and also the sculptured ones. P.s. i also majorly dislike clowns! One that was dressed like the devil, came up behind me and touched my back!!! Arrrggghhhhhe devil
what great peace of land
The colors are amazing yes the clown picture spooky
Only saw the back of the house but it had very German vibes as well as the pool house.
The fall colors were magnificent! I absolutely could NOT watch the part with the clown pics-brrrrr.
I'm with you, Ethan...I hate clowns as well. This poor home had to reek of burnt "everything".
I won’t lie to you, Ethan, but I might have giggle no 😅 laughed when you were going through the burrs! Hope it wasn’t too painful.
Poor Ethan have to go through the torns poke him...lol
Cracks me up how he's still holding his coffee
Love fall, it is so beautiful
