- Hey Guys! We're back on the boat, and putting in a TON of time at Lake Mohave. On part 1, my pops and I head out with high hopes and return with an awesome fishing day! We were able to find a couple really decent boils. Did some bass fishing too! Part 2, I go out the very next day with my buddy Chris, and we go out the boil hunt. Found some good boils on this day as well but they were no where near where they were at on the first day.

It would be nice if you would give the exact time of year and date you were there. You’re just say this time of year? Was it hot? Also talk to little bit about your fishing line how many test pounds. But it was a nice video thank you
Hey I appreciate it buddy. The video has a date when it was posted. You have to assume it's around that time of year. The striper are not line shy. It's really a preference on line size, use what your rod is rated for. But get out there and figure it out bud, I don't make my videos to give everyone all the answers. But I show and say enough to get you going and motivated to get out. Half the fun is the learning and figuring it out. Its gonna be a few months at least before they start boiling there.

Where do you like to fish in the winter. Tried Mohave last week didnt hear of anyone catching.
Mohave still produces in the winter, they are just deeper. I spend more time at lake mead and also the river a lot. I'm sure I'll sneak off to California to do some fishing at some point too

Fall last year. This year's boils are already over also.

Love your channel and the fact that you share so much information from gear to bait and lures. Not many anglers will share that information. Your kids are learning so much about the outdoors and for that I commend you. Once I get my OK Prowler Big Game II fully rigged I’m sure I will see you on the water at some point. Which model of Garmin FF are you running? That’s pretty much one of the last things I need to get. Tight lines brother.
Hey Rick, sorry for the late reply buddy. It's been a crazy couple of weeks. I really appreciate the kind words, yea I definitely don't mind giving out some info haha. I am using a Garmin striker 4, its small but gets the job done. Tight Line my man, please say whats up if you ever see me out there.
