I keep getting file not found but when it boots it shows the files? Are the files supposed to be on root or within data? Maybe I'm having an issue with the sd card staying mounted?

Weird question: could you plug N boards to your programmer and have them all flashed at the same time (sharing the same lines)? I understand it would be harder to check the firmware but would the flashing work?
Alternatively Plug N boards and have them flashed in sequence? Rather than building N programmers

Nice board. I would have added the option for a small display rather than the three LEDs to indicate progress and fault codes.

    Very Unique programmer 😍😍
I am facing some weird issues with this Chip.
I am able to upload the WLED bin file
But when I power this up, its hanging every other minutes. Using the AMS1117 Regulator, Have tried hell lot of capacitor combinations, Nothing helps.
If I use a dev. Board it works seamlessly using same binary and thru same power supply.
    Any pointers?

@@Kevindarrah The difference in that project is it flashes over ICSP rather than UART. Great for loading bootloaders, setting fuses and such but not all boards have the ICSP broken out.

You should try and make a gang program feature on a daughter board. Use some bidirectional switches on each port and use a multiplexer to select them. In your main ESP you can loop through all multiplexer states and program multiple devices with one device. I can even help out if you want.

    • @Kevindarrah
