  • Yep, only 4 ingredient vanilla ice cream. It is super quick and easy to make and tastes delicious.
    350g Milk 2% (1.5cups)
    350g Cream 33% (1.5 cups)
    400g Condensed Milk (1 can/10 Oz)
    1 Vanilla Bean/15g Vanilla Extract/15g Vanilla Bean Paste
    Mix it all together and churn away, it really is that easy. If you want to use a vanille bean, I would gently heat the milk with the sliced vanilla bean, making sure to add the vanilla bean seed to the milk too. Let it sit for an hour on the lowest heat and then add the rest of the ingredients.
    Churny churny and enjoy!!

    When you swap out the vanilla for another flavor - like coffee - do you still add a little vanilla? Great informative to the point videos!

      You can yes. You can use salt, cocoa, coffee and vanilla to boost certain flavours. Choose the one that works best with the flavour you’re making.

    Evaporated milk is such a quick way to make ice cream

    • @PolarIceCreamery
      @PolarIceCreamery  6 месяцев назад +1

      Evaporated is different to condensed milk, evaporated doesn’t have the sugar in it required. Unless where you are it’s called evaporated milk….. so confusing 😂

    how does it compared to the classic dextrose, milk powder and stabilizers type ice cream?

      It’s no where near as good but if you don’t have time/can’t be bothered to make a pro version ice cream, this will “do the job” 👍

      You can add stabilizer to any ice cream that doesn’t have it. Always use the 0.1-0.2%

    Hey there! I watched your this video completely for 4 times from Pakistan @ Pakistani time 8pm, refreshing the browser again and again at each time. RUclips should count it 4 views and at least 19 to 20 minutes watch time as per your video length. And I watched 8 complete ads without skipping them. If youtube counts it first and then drops the views later from 4 to 1 then it means they are manipulating becasuse in Pakistan , youtube is conspiring such practice against us Pakistanis. Within 2 to 3 days youtube drops the views to just 1 if someone watches a video for multiple times from 1 device.

    • @PolarIceCreamery
      @PolarIceCreamery  5 месяцев назад

      I don’t think this is specifically against Pakistanis, this is common practice around the world. I do humbly appreciate your continued support though 🙏

    I tried it. I really like the taste, the condensed milk give it a little bit of caramel flavor.
    But I think it is a little bit too sweet.
    What should I add, if I only use half the condensed milk?

    • @PolarIceCreamery
      @PolarIceCreamery  5 месяцев назад +2

      I mean, if you just want to make any old ice cream then drop the condensed milk. Problem is you’ll lose important milk solids, then you’ll have to add skimmed milk powder then you might as well make normal ice cream.

    • @artshy
      @artshy 5 месяцев назад

      Thank you, I really love the taste, and how simple it is. I will just try to reduce the sweetness.

    • @PolarIceCreamery
      @PolarIceCreamery  5 месяцев назад

      You can make no churn ice cream, it’s good enough but nowhere near as good as properly churned ice cream unfortunately. Plus it has a strong taste of condensed milk.
      You can make no churn without condensed milk though, I am doing a video on this subject n the coming weeks.

    Don’t like the after taste of the condensed milk.
