Hi there, compare to the 4K precision Mono 2, the Mono 4 Series equipped with higher precision up to 10K and more advanced configurations. The sales event of Black Friday is coming soon, please stay tuned for more surprises!
The fep can not be replaced separately. you have change it with the frame together if fep was broken. But they haven't released the official parts yet. So...Up to now, I'm stuck~
With a resolution of 9024x5120, each pixel measures a mere 17x17μm on the X and Y axes. This enhanced capability allows for creating models with exceptional detail and dynamic richness.
@ANYCUBIC3D Several independent sources suggest the human eye is incapable of identifying details below 30-35 um, and what increases the quality of resin printing is the accuracy to align the layers properly one on top of each other? Another negative point about smaller and smaller pixels is the lower ratio of illuminated (transparent part of the pixel) vs the opaque (matrix and wiring) part. What are your opinions about these?
@@arquit3d I design to 0.01mm in OpenSCAD, gears and bearing holes etc. My Mono 2's are pretty good but I do have to dial in my clearances to have gears tight on shafts and shafts loose in bearings. This extra precision allows for better tweaking and because it is the same 17um in XY I will have one thing less to worry about. If it had a heater and LCD crash sensor then it would be a great beginner printer.
Looks Great! 💪

I had the same problem with the photon mono 2, I reuse the old frame with a cheap fep.
Pixel size?
