I have tried everything but nothing seems to work. He peed everywhere in the house, literally in every corner on every surface. Im really at my wits end. I don’t know what to do anymore. Please give me a solution. He’s my baby I don’t want to be forced to give him away.😭😭
Wow. I feel your pain. I'm there myself. I'm in love with my kitten but he keeps peeing my bed. Nowhere else. In his box and on my bed. Can't get him to stop. But I'm loosing it.
I just wrote about Skouts Honor and can recommend it. I had tried enzymatic cleaners like natures miracle and got zero results plus a terrible fake scent on top of the pee smell. Skouts Honor makes a formula for cats and vomit and stains and more and you can rinse it or let it dry and it doesn't have any masking scent. I baby sit a lot of pets and I swear by it. You can find it in some stores but I got it on line. Good luck to you!
I truly feel your pain! I’m in the same boat! I’m gonna try an ozone remover! But, The cats and you must be outside your platform a few hours when using! I’ve heard good things. Good luck to all! I’m a 57 yr old Guy and I work with ALOT of young ppl! I’m the oldest employee there! The last thing I need is to come into work smelling like cat urine! NOT KOOL
Skouts Honor is amazing and leaves no scent behind. My understanding is that enzymatic cleaners encapsulate the odor but release the odor again when the temperature rises. Skouts Honor encapsulates the odor and eliminates it, and the odor doesn't come back. Also, for stains and vomit. Im a pet sitter, and a rescue told me about it, and I've used it ever since
I use vinegar+lemon and then baking soda on it too.. yes it does remove the pee smell...n did give him food in that sofa But male cats are male cats !! Stills pee there even after covering the whole sofa with a huge plastic cover!! I don't have such problem with the female cat... She's soo sweet doesn't even meow when we take out the cat food... But this male cat is just sooo loud n pees in the sofa!! 😢 I'm not giving up but it's been 2 months now...
Vinegar is a big no-no. It may remove the smell to your nose - but it's not removing the smell to the more powerful cat nose. Please use an enzyme based stain & odor remover specifically formulated for pet messes. If that doesn't make a difference, please give Warren a call on the pet show. You could have territorial issues with the two cats that need to be worked out. 🐱Call Saturdays from 11a-1p PST the number is 866-870-5752. From 1P-3P PST the number changes to 877-725-8255.
@@WarrenEckstein problem solved he's now going to be 7 month old and he doesn't pee any where except for his litter box... I didn't do anything just gave him some time and litter box training... And i think Luna my female kitten taught him somehow 😅
I'm pretty sure I know why my female calico is peeing on my bed. I've only had her and her brother 2 months and she doesn't get along with any of my other cats, including her brother, hisses at them all. If you get her one on one, she's super sweet and loves to cuddle under the blankets with you. But of course if another cat comes within her sight, she upset and runs away. I've been told calico's can have that type of behavior. There's plenty of litter boxes, kept clean. I really don't want to give up on her. Any idea on how to stop her from doing it would be great. Basically, anything that would help her relax and get along with the others I think.

I'm going crazy, my kitty pees despite enzymes, 3 litter boxes, 1 right next to the couch, multiple litter changes and I just can't figure out why she pees on my couch :(
Same for my boy. I think he spite pees where my older cat likes to sleep on the couch/recliner. I’ve tried all the usual things and catify-ing my house as much as possible with tons of perches, using anti anxiety things and playing. He’s just high energy and needs a lot to satisfy. Enzymes did nothing to remove the smell and I tried more than one brand! The food suggestion was interesting but I can’t do that

I now have a cat who pees everywhere never happens with others he is very insecure so I am not shouting at him and working on making him feel safe . His pee doesn't smell much he neutered.
i had so many problems with cat pee on sofa (and they were covered with waterproof table cloths and take them off when i sit on them--but i eended up relegating the indoor cats to just 2 rooms, my bedroom and a second bedroom that i use as an art studio. i put up a screen door in the hall to keep them out of the rest of the house. it is so much easier this way. and i use bleach to clean up pee accidents.
Cats that pee on the owners bed is a very common issue and very misunderstood. The first thing you need to do is make sure that there are no health issues with your cat. I know what your thinking, that your cat is being bad and doing it on purpose. Hear me out, if your cat is healthy the peeing on your bed maybe your cat's way of leaving his scent on your bed, after all that's where your strongest scent is and it's your cat's way of marking so you can find your way home. Again and I stress if the cat is healthy. So how can you stop this behavior, spend more playtime in your bed with your cat, leave his toys on the bed and take some of his food or treats and place them on your bed once you have cleaned the area with a good pet stain and odor remover. You may also need to ask yourself have there been any changes in the home, new partner, new furniture, new detergent etc.
I clean houses for a living and I love cats. I have one client with a newly adopted cat. The cat has lived most of its life in a no kill shelter with little interaction with people. It's acclimating well to the owner's and the existing cat. But it is now taken to pee on the furniture while i'm here cleaning. Do you have any recommendations for the owners or myself.
Hi KeKeLight8, Please call Warren on the show Saturday as he has some questions to ask you before he can make a recommendation. From 11a-1p PST the number is 866-870-5752. From 1P-3P PST the number changes to 877-725-8255.
@KekeLight8 You can only call when the shows are live, which is Saturday. Some radio markets air the show on Sundays, but it is a rebroadcast of Saturday's show. You have to call on Saturday to speak to Warren.
Are you seriously suggesting to just put a tray of food everywhere the cat pees? Is it supposed to stay there forever? Does one refill it after they eat it? Do you have another video about what to do when some rambling old man tells you to put cat food all over your house?
@@WarrenEckstein it looks like putting cat food on the sofa kinda works but she just peed on the other side, I have a question. We have this cat tree that she really likes on our porch balcony. But since it’s winter here we have closed the balcony because it gets so cold, could our cat be angry or something like that because she can’t use it?
Update: she just peed on the head rest instead and my little sisters bed. Might she have a type of urine problem or something or might she just pee there because the cat litter is dirty?
Cats are very smart !!! I came home from work sat on the couch I went to move my pillow it was wet I sniffed it and sure enough it was cat pee I looked directly at my cat she looked directly at me I didn’t say a word she ran so fast downstairs 🤬🤬I’m going to put some essential oils on the couch maybe lavender or spray with peppermint !!!
I wrote a reply in general but saw your comment and was saying I love Skouts Honor. They make different formulas, I think I got stain and urine destroyer. A pet rescue gave me my first bottle and it erased the pee and you can rinse it or just let it dry (I've used it both ways) it dries quickly and doesn't have any scent added which is great.

I assume you've already tried everything he's recommended here for at least one month. Am I correct? If so, and it didn't work, please call the show so Warren can guide you further. If not, please implement the video recommendations and get back to us in a month. Best wishes - Julie (Warren's assistant)

I swear by OXICLEAN!
Use the liquid version of OxiClean and you won't need hot water to break down the powder version.
i can get rid of the smell but yeah to make it stop its better to put a paper plate with its food so he will know its not a peeing place
