WATCHING THESE BROTHERS TAKE THEIR FATHER’S LEGACY TO ANOTHER LEVEL & WATCHING THEIR CHILDREN JOIN THEM IS STRICTLY PRICELESS. LOOKING AT THEM PREPARE MENT FOR THE STORE IS POETRY IN MOTION. THEY DO IT VERY WELL. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS BEEN FOLLOWING YOU FOR A VERY LONG TIME & I HAVE A GOOD PLAYLIST CALLED THE BEARDED BUTCHERS. MANY BLESSINGS & HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO YOU & YOUR FAMILIES.
I'll tell you what made me proud was when your son heard you say it was time to put the soaking meat bucket into the cooler around 19:00 and he went and automatically opened the door for you without another word needing to be said. Good manners and pays attention to dad? Must be good parenting and that's almost unheard of anymore. Makes me feel way better about our future. Good job all around, gentlemen (younger and older)!
Been a huge fan for some time now, and finally want to comment. Just love what you all represent. Family, hard work, community, and chasing down your piece of the American dream through those values. I just love the lifestyle you all lead, and hope viewers appreciate how exhaustingly hard your days actually are. Maybe a " day in the life" video would be fun, informative, and showcase your lifestyle even more than all of your current videos do.. thank you for what you all do..
Well now, this is 2 more recipes that I have to try. I have been making as many of the Bearded Butcher recipes as I can. The family loves everything I have been cooking lately thanks to you guys.
this is by fare one of my favorite videos and I have learned a lot from you all. the amount of joy and care everyone show in the video about the harvest and the care that goes into the meat makes it worth it
Way to go Boston. That is one nice deer. Way to go Dad for training him up so well. And that roast beast looks amazing. I can't wait to try making one myself. The hunt is on.
Oh my gosh that looked so good! I've done something similar. When it was done, nobody knew it was venison. I myself thought it tasted and looked like roast beef.
Spencer excellent job with all the additional details, now all you boys need to get more deer for your dads videoing so they can sell more products, makes me going to have to get more deer this season to try additional recipes with ✌🏻👍🇺🇸
I would like to thank everyone who took time to produce this video. I have asked for this one a couple of times and they finally did it. Thank you so very much. I kept a round roast out of one venison hind just to try to make this. One question I have is after the smoke/cook process can I dry age it? The wife gave me some dry age steak wraps for dry aging meat in your fridge. I want to try it to dry age it before I slice it. Again thank you White feather meats and the Bearded Butchers for everything. Keep up the great content!
I don’t claim to be a pro at dry age but I don’t think dry aging after cooking would turn out well. It is intended for pre cooked raw meat. It will build a pellicle (hard rind) that is not very appetizing and would just add a massive loss to your end product. Not to mention any possible food safety issues that may arise after all the curing and smoking. I would research first before losing a large chunk of meat. I also would stick to large beef cuts for dry aging so you have more usable meat after the dry time. Good luck man.
It's like you read my mind. I just had a butcher place like yours near me do a ham for me. Then I bought a pellet smoker and was gonna try and do one on my own. Thanks for doing this, now I know much better how to do this!
The Roast Beast looked Absolutely Delicious! I bet it would be Good if you added crushed peppercorns to the Ranch seasoning! That pizza looked Amazing! Something I’ve been wanting to try with venison is a corned beast and a pastrami! I Absolutely Love all your videos! Have a Happy New Year and God Bless!
It really amazing to know all the different cut of meat all they animals love watching both of you cutting meat to me learning and it so relaxing as well brother 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🇺🇸😎🇨🇦🇬🇷🇦🇺
Yup I made jalapeño cheddar summer sausage, jalapeño cheddar venison sticks and Cajun venison sticks this year with your seasonings. We got 4 deer this year.
Thanks Scott, Nice to see you at the helm for a nice change of pace! It must be awesome to see your family maturing in front of your eyes and discovering all of lifes pleasures. Happy Holidays to all involved in making this great video. I was planning on making a run to the home office this spring, but it's too far away for me..(8 1/2 hours). Maybe I'll just use the website.
You’re content has come along way the whomp when you took a bite is hilarious keep up the levity the family is awesome congratulations Boston on the deer 🦌
Great vid, really don't care for the vid cut ins and the noise cut ins, You guys are professionals, leave that to the amatures. Glad to see the building coming along across the street, looking good for sure! AND CONGRATS on your first deer young man, looked like a mighty fine one for sure!
This looks so darn good, I wish there was smell-a-vision. Congrats to Austin on bagging this deer! I just have one question - Is it a requirement that all your male employees must grow a beard? Take care and GOD Bless Y'all.
I would love to see you guys challenge yourselves with different versions of deli meat. You could absolutely find a whole new element of viewers and when you feel comfortable selling it you can sell the seasoning. I dare you. Lol
Been awhile since I watched one your vids ,. This was gold ! lol funny and way different than the ones I used to see ! Keep up the comedy aspect ! Great job on the editing !
We live in Austintown Ohio. When the weather gets warmer me and the wife are going to ride the Harleys down check ya out. We own Cowman Ranch up here and are always looking for a new day trip. Love the vids.
Love the video! You could take it to the next level and make your own pizza dough.....then create an alfredo roast beast pizza sandwich with a top on it. Easy pocket access and no leakage!! Have a great weekend and New Year!!
This is my 2nd year processing my own venison, but I ALWAYS get conflicted about trimming....what is okay to leave what is not. I know the goal is to remove the tendons, silver skin and fat. But when I watch these guys and others, I see them leave a lot more on than I do. And now you show me this Beast of Meat and I know there is stuff inside that I would normally trim out but it's all intact?!?!?!?!?!? I guess I just need to work for a butcher for a season
Love watching these video to be able to make various meats at home with fresh simple ingredients as I can not consume store bought items due to the amount of ingredients that I cannot have due to cardiac medical condition for a heart healthy diet. I would love to know how to make polish sausage, dried beef or ring bologna!
I’m from Iowa, it’s like deer country, they literally walk through our cities. I just haven’t been able to get on the deer wagon. It tastes terrible. Jerky is about the only thing I’ll eat. Oh, if they blend it with cow it helps a lot.
Merry new years to yall I’ve learned a ton from your videos from the trimming to the grill ! I work on railroad and have worked up around ya must say BEAutiful… minus the cold cause I’m from south AL. Just want you guys to know that what y’all do is awesome I can’t afford to be where yall are at but no matter we follow and adjust “right”! Thanks guys “still wanna learn how to wield that knife across the sharpening thingy “don’t know what to call that stick but” anyways enjoy Yall !!!
Looks amazing!! Yet another way to process a deer. I took your process/steps to make SPAM out of venison and that came out great. Looks like i have another one to try!! Lets talk packaging though.....how did you package up and store the remainder of the sandwich meat? Chamber vac and freeze?
Kinda figured you were being a little optimistic thinking those roasts would be up to temp in 4 hours at 175... Well worth the wait, regardless of how long it takes though.
Thank y'all for such great informative videos! Would you recommend slicing before vacuum sealing or could you seal and freeze one whole and slice later?
I really appreciate you! You have a very personal style in butchering and...cooking? BTW Pizza is always pizza...no matter what you put on top of it. Happy New Year from Italy ..Home of "Pizza"...LOL! 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕
You're literally just over the border, you need to talk to Doug Ford he's a big hunter, Toronto mayor and get nation wide shipping figured out so we can get regular deliveries to Canada..
Definitely interested in the white oak pellets I smoke all my dear over oak currently and it makes it taste like Beef! and I am a Cattle Rancher who raises his own beef! I will have to do a segment on this for my channel.
I’d make my sandwich with seeded rye, butter and the meat. Maybe a smidgen of mayo. I would also use the meat in SOS!!! With extra meat!!👍👍👍 and over easy eggs and home fries/ hash browns. 🤤🤤🤤🤤

Love it! Gents, your nephew is killing it on the video / cinematography!
Awesome video. Congratulations to Boston on his harvested whit tail! I could only imagine how good that tastes; both sandwiches and Pizza.
Oh my gosh that looked so good! I've done something similar. When it was done, nobody knew it was venison. I myself thought it tasted and looked like roast beef.

love the sound affects
OMG the sound effects just had me busting at the seams lol😂
I'm thinking this would make delicious french dip or philly cheesesteaks. Thanks for the video, will be trying it on my next hindquarter.
Super cutting experience, love it.
I was literally just getting ready to do this. Doemageddon weekend
Looks like you're building an addition to your business. Congrats

this looks like it would make a excellent french dip
I love my son is also starting to hunt this year and I'm still hoping to get him on a deer before or season ends
The fat content on those deer is fantastic. So much more than Texas whitetail.
I followed your beer beast video and copied it to the T. It turned out awesome, thanks for the info,
Awesome Job Boston!
You should have Boston inject the roast. Great video.

That stick is a honing rod or honing steel, not really a sharpener, it just puts a finer edge on your already sharpened blade. Hope this helps.
Bro those edits are awesome 😂
awesome thanks i cant wait just set 6.5 lb bone in roast out to do this . mind blown
Going to give this a try
Good job, Boston!
Looks delicious guys keep the recipes coming. Thanks and may GOD bless you

Great job Boston ❤
I've got a roast in the freezer from a black bear I shot in Ontario this past spring. Wonder if it would be good prepared this way? 🤔
I’d make my sandwich with seeded rye, butter and the meat. Maybe a smidgen of mayo. I would also use the meat in SOS!!! With extra meat!!👍👍👍 and over easy eggs and home fries/ hash browns. 🤤🤤🤤🤤
Tonight im making pizza from venison brats i made with your kits.

We call ether (starting fluid) Cosby sauce.
