In this country only 250 people per year are prosecuted for perjury. The chance that the state of Idaho will prosecute a child of an accused is nil. Emma and Garth have their reputations ruined. Karma is a b**ch. They will pay mightily…Justice comes in many forms. Do we really want to fill jails up with persons who are actually victims in their own right?

MacKay was a great witness ! Boom , thank you ,for coming forward with your witness. It hit a spot with me though ,triggered a memory of my own, walking into a room & finding my own dear father totally ashen white with blue lips ! His lips were cool to the touch , but thank goodness he was a little shaky so I started cpr & he lived 15 more years after a heart attack. Unfortunately poor Tammy was already getting still according to what was said on the 911 call.

His whole defense seems to be based on "it was Alex and Lori, Chad had nothing to do with this." So he was trying to emphasize that, I'm guessing. But the jury instructions will explain that chad did not have to be present for the murders to be guilty, and the jury just got hit with the horror of Tylee's death all over again. Bad move.

What emerged about Tylee's death was really unbearable. Poor girl was butchered. Chad Daybell showed no emotions. He's a very evil person.
I'm sure Garth was tutored by Chad. It explains why he appeared to be unsure when testifying. As for Emma, why did she not want to be questioned about the autopsy? What did she know? She and her husband lied to the court. It's been said Joe will be recalled. I hope he and his wife come to their senses.

If Chad buried a raccoon, why wasn't his DNA on the shovel(s)? The tools were his. His DNA should have been on them, no matter whether he buried something or not. He either got rid of the tools that he used, or he cleaned them off. His lack of DNA on his own tools is very suspicious. If his DNA were on his own tools it would prove nothing incriminating. He could have worn gloves to dig the hole for the "raccoon", but has he never once used his shovel with his bare hands?

    • @Chantal69

I totally believe Chad is guilty. However, if Garth found his mom and his dad wasn’t around why wouldn’t he call 911 right away? Why would he tell this guy this story without some kind of conclusion?
There’s no way the story would end with just, “I found her dead and my dad wasn’t around.”
