Really fascinating deep insight package, i searching this type of method for couples of month in research papers to start my project work.Well don sir you did great work.I'm new in matlab language and currently learning this amazing Matlab environment.I have started my project work on structured dataset of pubchem chemical space of compounds to find potential inhibitor against Target protein through applying deep learning model (like cnn) but one problem in cnn data could be in image form. Can i apply deepindight package on pubchem compounds ( already normalized ; we use fingerprints extended connectivity and maccs) to transform from features row column in pixel form to fed them in cnn architecture? Please reply if you read my comment. Thank you sir
@ravi jaiswal; Thanks for your interest and kind words. You may be able to apply. In your case, what does a sample of data mean? Do you have N features representing compounds? Could you give me more details about your data? If you have N features of your sample then it is easy to transform it to an image-like sample using DeepInsight. Once all the samples are transformed then you can use CNN for classification.
Really good presentation and great ideas on how to map from non-image to image. One question, do you happen to have a python version, matlab is great but sometimes hard to port and python becoming the language to use for M-related I wonder if you have ported DeepInsight into it ? Also, can you share your vowels dataset ? Thank you so much in advance
Thank you for your kind comments. Recently, we started building a python version of DeepInsight and I hope soon we will be able to release it. Some data (e.g. TIMIT vowels) are licenced data and difficult to share. However, we are going to share RNA-seq data (1.5GB) very soon with our new paper. I am sorry for not being very helpful. However, I will let you know once the data is out. I hope in a week or so, we will be able to release it. I will let you know here or if you can email me then I will send you the link once we released it. Thanks for your patience and interest.
Further to my message before, I just came to know that a researcher (Dr Shashank) has developed the Python Package of DeepInsight. You may wish to find it out. Here is the GitHub link: github.com/xinformatics/deepinsight_py
Sir its good presentation and deepinsight will open new doors.
Thank you for your kind words!
Great Explanation Dr. Alok. I am sure Deepinsight will prove itself as a game-changer for biology.
Thank you, Dr Shashank, for your encouraging comments.

@@AlokSharma-Music if you don't mine can you give me your mail id ,so I send and explain what types of data features sample addressing there.
@@ravijaiswal2536 If I put it here then it can be picked in the spam search. So could you please check the last part of my video 24:42. It is given.
