I think Saber eyes are two different, each one representing him and shawdow. Colour one is gold and represents Saber, and the other is Dark blue and represents Shadow as for why i don't show is i think it's because he kill whit them and is insecure Light and the Steve will judge him for having twi different eyes coulour
