Shouldn't you have DP'd over the repair filler your technician applied on the quarter roof seam to get proper adhesion of the 2K primer? We were taught to always apply DP over any bare metal, fiberglass, or body fillers before applying any high-build catalyzed primer surfacers to assure proper adhesion of the primer surfacer.
